What a weak kick, Bama better hope that does not come back to bite em

LSU block an Alabama 29yrd FG as time expires to send it into OT.

INTERCEPTION, Jarrett Lee picked off in the end zone.

Eff the Cubs. I'm a Rangers fan, and I still support them. :( At least the Cubs can make the playoffs.

It's a bit embarrassing to be the only team in baseball to never win a playoff series, but it comes with the territory of being a Rangers fan, much like I am.

:(

Anyway, they did mention that both Utah and Boise State can go to the BCS if they go undefeated. On CBS, it was mentioned that Boise State could make it to the BCS if Ohio State loses another game.

What a game in Death Valley.

Jeez, Penn State. I doubt they get the same media treatment that's kept Southern Cal in the midst of things with one loss to an unimpressive team.

#2 vs #9...a blackout in West Texas...2 crazy coaches and Brent Musberger on the call....Awesome-ness

Boise State is pretty good, but I'm thinking Utah would get walloped by a big team.

Tech kicked ass. Now hopefully we can somehow beat OU. Going to be very tough in Norman. The offense will need to play pretty much perfect because OU's offense is incredible.

If Oklahoma knocks off Texas Tech and there are no more losses between the Sooners, Red Raiders and Longhorns, we could have some nice BCS chaos. The bump from the Tech victory should be enough to push OU past Texas in the rankings and all three teams would have the same record. They'd go to a fifth tiebreaker (BCS standings) and Oklahoma would go to the Big 12 Championship game, where after they pound on the Big 12 North representative, they'll launch into posturing for a title bid and Texas shall rightfully flip out.

Toss in Florida beating Alabama in the SEC title game and there's potential for one-loss team madness, which would hopefully hold this farce of a postseason up for ridicule ...again.

I need this to happen. :hyper:

Bama fan, I suppose.

:thing: :doom: :thing:

Why would Bama give a damn about what Tech is doing? They are #1 in the country and control their own destiny. Tech is #2 and also controls its destiny. Unless Bama fans are somehow afraid to play Tech? I don't know why that would be the case. They beat us 3 years ago in the Cotton Bowl.

Alabama could have lost that game last night and it would not have mattered... since a one loss SEC winner was going to get in the title game regardless after the Penn St. meltdown... sucks to be USC... they are going to need a two loss team in the Big 12/SEC to get in to the title game.

The Fox NFL Sunday Guys are insane:

- Terry Bradshaw says that Urban Meyer and Mark Richt should be college coaches that NFL teams should be looking at, while Jimmy Johnson says that NFL teams should look at Mike Leach.

W00t! Gators roll again. Make it 17 in a row over Vandy (last time UF lost to Vanderbilt was when Emmitt Smith was a Sophmore).

Time to mark your calenders for Dec 6 to see the red-hot Gators roll over the Tide.

That SEC Championship will feel like a real Championship game... another reason why I am against a full blown playoff. Anyhow... I have a question begging to be answered...

Who gets the tie breaker in the Big 12 if everyone in the South wins out with the exception of Tech losing to OU?

I believe ESPN said it would be whoever is highest in the BCS standings... which would likely be Oklahoma.
