Probably. If he was hurt bad enough to get pulled today, he needs to just say '**** it' and have the surgery he likely was going to have at the end of the season. I think his draft stock takes a hit with only playing in one full game this year. Consequently, he probably looks to boost it back with a (hopefully) healthy season next year. Tough break for Sam.

A top draft pick for next year will probably be Ndamukong Suh, Defensive Lineman at Nebraska.
