Oak, San, and Den is not going to want to break up that rivary... for the Jags.

I doubt they'd break up KC's history within the AFC West. More than likely they'd just leave JAX in the South.

oh please...KC hasn't been relevant in forever....Im still trying to work out how Dallas is STILL in the NFC East considering that Carolina is further east than Dallas but is in the NFC South

Exactly...the reason is because of the rivaries/history... that's why Dallas is still in the NFC East.

LA Team goes to the AFC West, KC goes to the AFC South

Again with you and Missouri being in the South! ;)

Doubtful the NFL would split the Chiefs away from their natural rivals (Raiders, Broncos) due to some other franchise having to relocate.

Would be much easier if the Vikings moved to LA, then you move them to the NFC West and move the Rams to the NFC North with the other teams from the Midwest.

LOL! KC is about as middle as you get. People always call us southerners.

And no, there's no way KC would relocate any time soon. There was talk about it back in the 80's and it fell through.

Carolina is in the South, hence NFC South. Although it could also be in the NFC East.

Carolina being in the NFC West from 95-01 was weird though...

I say they re-align ALL the teams and attempt to make new rivalries, gotta admit it would be interesting. Im sick of seeing the same teams playing each other, kinda boring.

just leave the nfc north alone...or maybe get rid of the lions, but that's it

Hope Schaub is out this weekend... :)

If so, I'm expecting Matt Leinart's numbers as such:

10/30 for 150 yards, 4 Interceptions, 2 Fumbles, Sacked 5 times, 12 Houston/Rice co-eds banged.

This is the score that I care about. :cwink: :woot:

3 at half time alone, which would explain him being tired for the 3rd quarter.

that hasn't been a real rivalry since the 70's

Well it may seem like that to you...being an outsider looking in; but to Raiders/Chiefs fans it's 51 years of hatred. Don't discount the rivary because of the teams trying times...there's history there.

The Chiefs and the rest of the AFCWest would be against the L.A. Jags moving to the AFCWest and K.C. out, just because the Jags relocate to LA. But, will it make sense for them to stay in the AFCSouth?

I say possibly pull a Seahawk thing, and move the Jags to the NFCWest, and the Rams to the AFCSouth. Now you create the Northern Cal vs Southern Cal dynamic, they once had in both Conferences.

Jags would be happy to get out of the division with TEN and Indy, and the St. Louis area would have a better regional rivary with Nashville and Indy.

Just move the Panthers back to the NFC West. They be winning the division almost every year sooner or later.

New NFC West.

SanFran
Cards
Rams
Panthers.

Seahawks can go to South NFC.

Gah, I remember when the Falcons were in the NFC west. I never did understand the logic behind that

Won't it make more sense to move Rams to NFC South instead of Panthers? Seattle does not belong in a Southern division.

Seattle can deal with it. Panthers play in the south currently. I wouldn't mind a return to west.

Agreed. Divisions need to make the most geographical sense they can.
