Well he doesn't need to visit the internet to find out about this. Plenty of "old fashioned" dudes have taken to applying their skills to this new medium of sorts.

It's them I respect the most.

Martin Scorsese is a good example of this. He recently said he wished all of his old films were in 3D.
 
Avengers didn't just top Potter, it completely stomped it.

This wasn't just 3D, it was a perfect storm of multiple factors.

The Hunger Games had a 150+ million opening weekend without 3D. Do you think it can't beat 200 million with a couple of years more inflation and added 3D?
