Jerry Jones has a plan this year. He wants his team to start winning and stop losing by still making the same decisions he continues to make year in and year out.

Not only are the Bengals talking to scrub Free Agents, but they're letting some of their decent players (Fanene, Rucker, Nelson) walk - even after Marvin Lewis made a huge deal about how important it was to sign their own players. Naturally, they're low-balling everyone, despite being $50 million under the cap.
