Hillarious, when the Ravens got Eugene Monroe for peanuts

Ravens acquired LT Eugene Monroe from the Jaguars for "multiple third-day draft picks."
Another out-of-the-blue trade. Monroe is one of the better left tackles in the game but hasn't gotten the recognition because he's been stuck in Jacksonville. He's struggled a bit this season just like the rest of the Jaguars' offensive line, but he graded out as Pro Football Focus' No. 10 left tackle last season. Monroe is in the final year of his rookie deal. Bryant McKinnie will likely move to the bench or be released, while Michael Oher will remain at right tackle. Monroe is just 26 years old. Luke Joeckel will likely take over at left tackle for the

you realize multiple 3rd day picks are 4th to 7th rounds?

If two of these are either 4th rounders then thats not as bad I think.

This needs to be put on a plaque.
Haha, thanks.

Big, bad Levi Brown. Anyone is better at left tackle than Pugsley Adams, so this move gets a thumbs up from me. Still, it almost seems like the Steelers and the Cards use each other as their respective farm systems, doesn't it?

I fully expect Mike Tomlin to be coaching the Cards in a year or two after he is eventually fired (and Arians is fired in AZ).

Indeed, plus your team actually has people who know how to coach an offensive line, so he'll probably be amazing.

Brown will probably last a week in Pittsburgh before Decastro collides into him and blows out both his knees.

true, however the 4 Compensatory draft picks next year should make up for it. (LB Paul Kruger, LB Dannell Ellerbe, CB Cary Williams, S Ed Reed).Rounds are obviously yet to be determined.

Hopefully the Levi Brown trade works out. Anything to help the OL, I will support 100%.

Yeah, no kidding. It can't get any worse.

The sad thing is,they used HIGH draft picks for these losers. DeCastro has been terrible, Adams has been worse, Gilbert has always sucked and Pouncey gets injured every damn season.

Tis true. What is devastating is that Pouncey is an undisputed Top 5 center. Pittsburgh has him and can't ever use him for a whole season. That reminds me. I wonder which week Roethlisberger will get his annual injury. With the way the offensive line is now, I'm surprised he isn't already injured.

:o

Max Starks is still out there.

Good move to trade Monroe, I was hoping they would. Now we can move Joekel to LT where he should be and sign a good RT in the offseason. I would have liked to see a bit higher draft picks out of Monroe's trade but I can understand why he had low value, and more draft picks are more draft picks. The more we have the more we can move around if we need to. Caldwell making some good moves. Time to finally rid ourselves of the Gene Smith era. 2015 is the target.

In other news, Blaine Gabbert will now receive the snap and immediately go into the fetal position.

Yeah, seriously. I'm surprised he's not in a body cast with that way that O-Line has been playing.

LOL, Matt Flynn got demoted to the third string QB in Oakland.

Remember when he was the hottest free agent QB on the market? I bet a lot of teams are thanking God they dodged that bullet.

I'm definitely glad we drafted Tannehill instead of signing him.

Makes sense. BJ Daniel's got some kind of juicy details on how San Francisco operates. Plus, if he turns out to be good, he'll be worth some draft picks.
