Let's hope for an injury free game, Mister J.

Damn. Looks like Jordy Nelson may have tore his ACL. Still waiting on the MRI.

Giants bleeding secondary players like a sieve.

And Maurkice Pouncey's annual injury came early this year. He'll need surgery, so he's probably done for the season. I'm sure the Steelers will address the issue by signing him to another multimillion dollar contract. Gotta have consistency, at that position you know. If they cut Pouncey loose at the end of this year, they run the risk of signing someone who might last a full season and we can't have that.

Good to see NaVorro Bowman back and looking healthy.

Didn't he have somebody pushed onto his ankle? Not exactly his fault, just unlucky as hell.

Jarryd Hayne is the closest thing 49ers have to hope.

The fact that Deadspin missed pointing that out with their Why Your Team Sucks: San Francisco 49ers article is amazing to me... too close to it, perhaps, or they just didn't want to hit them too hard in case they drove suicide rates through the roof.

I guess, but that's a lot of bad luck. Apparently his three previous leg injuries were all caused by a teammate falling on him (they said this today on NFL radio). Granted, that's not his fault but you have to be concerned that he keeps getting seriously hurt. Especially considering that the position he plays requires someone who can take serious punishment on the field.

Damn, all 3 were by teammates? That would be incredibly frustrating for everybody involved.

Preseason's ********. They really need to go back to having more practice and longer OTAs and all that ****. I understand the CBA was to help players, but there's clearly a negative impact on them.

The Falcons' new place will be named Mercedes-Benz Stadium

So Mercedes-Benz owns the Falcons' and Saints' stadiums? Interesting.

Whether it be pre-season, regular season, or post-season, the Prime-Time Bengals always deliver the LULZ.

I'm really rooting for Winston for some reason. I want to see him succeed just because Josh Freeman got screwed over in Tampa Bay. And I always liked Lovie Smith.
