Not really. Or was I the only one that saw Cyborg from season 5? Lex lied to Clark, double crossed him, and tried to have Vic's mind erased, a la Robocop 2, via lobotomy. That's not evil enough? What do you call it? Mean spirited like the Grinch? Let's also not forget what he did to Aquaman. Lex has always been evil. He just initially had friends that pitied/sympathized with him. That caused him some difficulty in making judgement calls that probably otherwise, would have been as self motivated, selfish and cruel, as most of his choices are. Season 3 was probabl the time when Lex had the most opportunity to be neutral or good...but after that, it was all a slide into evil town. Round trip torture of Aquaman, sending his father to prison and trying to do illegal weapons testing as well as human experimentation. That guy is as wrong as two left feet. But I like it. I prefer my Lex's to be a little more dastardly...and bastardly.

The force of an arrow is pretty impressive. I don't know if it could carry a person twenty feet, plus pierce a brick/stone wall, but it could easily do either, independently. Pulling back a bow and knocking an arrow, requires so much upper body strength that most people are easily disheartened with their first encounter with the weapon.

I like that you mentioned what a good job Amber McDonald did as Gloria. The character may have been a bit thorny *cough*, but she did a fine job with what she had.

Thanks Serene, I welcome all feedback, as I'm sure all of us do.t:

To be honest, she wasn't the best villian they could have used, but the actress salvaged a part that could have been much worse.

Plus she was quite easy on the eyes.

I think it's nice they are using some of the actors from Aquaman, giving them some kudos since the other show never took off.

I'm pretty sure he offered the woman that brought Adam back to life the same deal, he did the same with Emily's dad, he said he would "protct her" he also had the guy from Summerhault working with him in that way as well. In Season 4 he had the doctor working with him on the growth serum that he only talked about without his evil side.

They established it in Season 1 so they either forgot it or ignored it

I can certainly picture that happen and it would be a great way to enhance Lex's hate for Clark and wanting to erase that friendship and his stay in Smallville at any cost.

According to the review I just read there was conversation between Martha and Lionel, and Lionel giving Martha the necklace.

There was also a conversation between Ollie and Lois and Ollie introducing Lois.
