6.05 Subterranean discussion thread

LOL Patsy.

I agree, this show is about the growth and life of Superman before he put on tights. (Yea, that's right, I said he is Superman even without the tights. What'cha gonna do, wanna take it outside?!? )

Even if an episode is passable, I hate when they relegate him to the B-plot. It just shouldn't happen. If it does, the episode better be more than Superb. (Example being Memoria) Or it better have a major plot point involving Clark. (Also example being Memoria.)

Lexmas was another good one on the main story, but the b-story with Clark was lame IMO.... (Santa Claus? It was cute, but too cheesy really)

Memoria and Onyx were both Lex-centric, but had excellent Clark stories in them, so that made me not really mind that...

When you get shorted really badly on the Clark story (in Static forget 'B'! Clark was in more like the C or even the D story) and the Clark storyline isn't great (again, like in Static) then that's when I'm not happy.

that look like its from cyborg

and that looks like aqua but that guy is not alan richardson

I dunno... looks like Ritchson to me.

look in the glass container- there is a flash of red?
am i looking to much into this- the trailer goes by so fast
they are definitely in the trailer- but its a split second

I think the red is merely a reflection of Aquaman's face refracted in the glass...

They wanted more torture... uhm... experimentation scenes to tease us with?

They were up there so fast, I didn't even really see them. I'm not sure why they do that...

Because it's all connected together? You're looking too much into it. We're getting closer and closer to Hydro & Justice that's why they included those shots in the trailer.

That red (if it is red) could be anything/anyone, and yes that is Alan Ritchson obviously, why'd you think it was someone else?

i guess you guys are right- maybe these have been examples of 33.1 earlier but without the name. i'm just hyped- i wish they were in more episodes

maybe its subliminal- it went by so fast - only people who do shot by shot analysis would have seen it

I wonder who would give Lana away and who would be Lex's best man. As there is no one to fill these roles, I think its a safe bet that there will be no Lexana wedding. Phew!

I have pretty low expectations for this episode tonight. According to Mark Snow, it's totally a stand alone episode. Hopefully I'll be surprised.

Ya, I cant say I'm too jazzed about this one either. I want to jump straight to 'Hydro', 'Justice', 'Labyrinth' and 'Crimson', I guess. Lol. But still, it's Smallville after all, and I'm looking forward to seeing Tom Welling on my television screen again, if nothing else.
