my theory on lana losing the baby is lex wanted to see if his experiment could work in woman so he tested on lana. Seeing as it now failed he'll resort to giant tube full of liquid

You never know I think Lex is starting to think this is one situation he wont be able to fix or clean up easily with Lana he underestimated her if you ask me

oh, i certainly wouldnt put it past his character if he felt he had no more options, but i just didnt feel like thats what that line was meant to be
