The Dark Knight Rises 6 Minutes of TDKR footage attached to Mission Impossible 4! - - - - Part 13

Read up on some information. Operation Early Bird is "black ops" so everything is Top Secret to avoid a "international incident"

This also would suggest that they had to keep the mask on their heads, he didn't know which one he was going to keep and because of that none of them could risk their identity, in case something happened in the meantime and they the prisoners escaped.

He only takes Bane's mask off because he suspects its Bane.

Plus there is a fear element to it, being hung out of a plane and not being able to see where you are...its scary. Ever been a rollercoaster and closed your eyes? Its as if there's no control, you don't know where you're going next and so you can't prepare your body for the next turn, in turn it all seems a little chaotic and random.

because if they're part of Bane's crew why would he wait til he was back in the U.S. to ask them about Bane who could very much well be in the region?

Honestly I can't believe I'm explaining some of this stuff.

He asks about the mask and then his FIRST line to Bane is:

"If I pull this off will it kill you?"

can't you gleam the reason he asked about the mask from that second line? They're interested in how to stop Bane, they're trying to find a weakness.

Maybe because he understands the futility of it all?

"Was it always your plan to get caught" he asked slightly resigned, probably realizing this has been going more in Bane's favor than his own. He's on a small plane with one of the world's most dangerous terrorist.

Or maybe he couldn't their in a small jet flying in some unknown country.

It's a black ops mission so they didn't bring the hightech invisible jet, so it probably could only do so much.

I hope this answers some of your questions

Okay, it doesn't quite answer everything, but good try though. Also the editing isn't helping either. There should have been more beats, like when Bane is revealed and whatnot.

I really didn´t want to attack or hurt the movie, i think we all want that TDKR will be the winner on best picture & best director at the Oscars.

What are you complaining about exactly?

That's a matter of preference but wasn't Joker's reveal essentially the same thing?

I love that people can always find something to complain about. That prologue was simply amazing.

People seem to forget how far Batman movie have come. The prologue and trailer for this film make most other comic book movies look ridiculous.

oh you mean the same David Goyer who basically thought up all of Batman Begins?

I don't like BB because it's so illogical with bad dialogue, so yeah, i blame Goyer. I haven't encountered this problem in other Nolan movies.

I actually think BB contains Nolan's best dialogue. The dialogue is very strong in it.

and I believe you.

however I'm compelled by conditioning to enlighten people when they make frivolous claims like the actions of the character's didn't make sense.

They made perfect sense, I just hope some people aren't stuck in their opinion and deny the facts of the scene and keep their original position.

If one didn't like the editing and its one's personal preference for something else, I can't say one is wrong.

If one didn't like the story because it didn't make sense but it did, I'm going to show you all the points in which one erred in hopes to educate one into seeing the scene as it was intended.

To me it was dumb that they wouldn't check who the people under the hoods were, but okay, I can deal with that, maybe that's CIA policy.

But where it goes wrong is when the CIA guy starts to interrogate them. Why would he do it? I would thing that CIA has people for that, and they are not the ones who transfer the prisoners? But okay, this is a movie, maybe that's how it goes, but still... And then was it jsut for his personal curiosity to ask about why Bane wears a mask? Surely CIA would have some clues as to why? Surely asking about the mask isn't the top need to know thing about Bane?

And when he realizes that they have Bane in custody, what does he do? He doesn't call it in, he just asks about the mask. And Bane is suppose to be a big shot wanted criminal/terrorist, no?

Not trying to offend, but this is exactly what I hate about modern audiences. They try so hard to "outsmart" the movie by finding nonsensical plotholes and gaps in logic as if film is meant to be a perfect recreation of real world logic to be entertaining and therefore "good".

When you watch the prologue you take it the way you take any film, on it's surface and thematic value. Bane and his henchmen hijack a plane, crash it, while kidnapping a doctor for whatever reason. That's it! you can ascertain all sorts of elements from it, such as the transfusion showing their methodical nature, loreal (thats what i call him) getting left behind by bane and his men showing their devotion, and most of all, it's a spectacle, you are supposed to lose your breath or go wide eyed at the stuntwork and the tension that the prologue is meant to evoke. Not try and pull it apart with real world logic...it's a bloody film!

Seriously, do people need to start LEARNING how to watch films nowadays?

But even then, all the things he took question to had answers and yet he still didn't yield when it was provided to him.

That's bordering on Troll-activity.

I can understand not getting all that information at first but now I've laid it out.

The answer's are there and in return I got: "Nice try"?

:whatever:

I'm sorry for using this twice, but:

Nolan haters remind me of streakers running onto a football field. They have their brief moment of glory but quickly get taken down.

both times it didn't come through.

What is it?

oh I see it in the link name.

"Citizen Kane Clapping"
Woah it's working for me. I thought it was like the first time I got a gif right too :csad:

Oh the clapping thing! I get it now!

Shame I had to waste my big rant on a troll.

To be fair, I wouldn't quite go as far as calling him a troll. He is trying to make some valid points, he's just come to the wrong place. We are all blinkered Nolan fanatics who do not accept criticism. Not his fault really. :yay:

No.

I don't mind if people have problem with Nolan films. He had no valid points really he was simply uneducated to what was happening in the scene. When he was educated he didn't say: "Oh...Is that what's happening...that's not what I thought it was, I'll have to look at it again with this in mind"

If you're basing an opinion on false information and then presented with Real information the smart thing to do is to go with the new information and re-watch and re-formulate your opinion. Not throw away the information because it doesn't support your initial claim.

So he was beginning to act like a troll.

This has nothing to do with me liking the Nolan films and all with giving and understanding information as it's meant to be viewed.

That's fine.

Now breathe.

Breeeaaathe.

I am breathing.

I know it can seem over the internet as if my mood is in anger. It is not.

I'm quite content at this moment...if not a little bit hungry.

Speak for yourself.

These aren't my films, If Nolan makes mistakes (and he has) i'll crash down on him, probably even harder because im such a great fan and have come to expect a certain level from his film making.

There's criticism and over nitpicking in order to intentionally annoy people...that would be trolling.
