Back to this episode Cure, has anyone else noticed that the storyline for this episode, an immortal man trying to keep his lover alive, is a current theme for Clark at this point in the season.

I hope they make mention of that and some discussion about the similarities takes place.

Good catch! While Dean's character is dealing with his dilemma in the wrong way I'm sure the implications of having to endure this pain will not be lost on Clark.
