[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif] - "Gemini" is not so much of a holiday episode per se, though story elements pertaining to the holidays do occur this time around. It's a backgound part of the story kind of like how the holidays fit in to the first Die Hard or Lethal Weapon movies.
- There are some very big revelations in this episode, including the return of a foe from the past. (No, not Brainiac - he's coming later)
- Look for some changes for at least one of Smallville's Season 7 couples in this one. (For those of you keeping track at home, those couples include Clark/Lana, Lois/Grant, Chloe/Jimmy, and Jimmy/Kara)

Holiday episode? On the horoscope, Gemini runs from May 21 – June 21. So I guess there won't be any astrology metaphors?

Also, I'm gonna take an educated guess the couple in question is Clark/Lana. ;)

Gemini might have to do with the twins in greek mythology that are dueled in nature and are contradictory to one another. Maybe it's a story about Jor-El Vs. Zod.:wow:

Could also be Jor-El and Zor-El? OR, it could be Bizarro's return? If I had my druthers, I'd hope for the latter.

I wouldn't associate Bizarro with a "foe from the past", since he's really debuting this season. Though the title does seem perfect for Bizarro's return.

So if it's not Brainiac, it could be someone like Morgan Edge, Zod, etc.

Or it could very well be a meteor freak from the past.

* crosses fingers for the resurrection of Crazy Tina  *

Could be Zor-El but I don't think it'll be Bizarro because I think the spoiler meant that it would be a foe further in the past. That's why I'm putting my money on Zod.

It's a bit hard for Clark and Lana to have a serious/honest relationship this season if they have a break up in episode 9. My money is on Jimmy/Chloe, the pressure of Chloe's secret is too much.

Welcome back by the way. :yay:

And the foe returned, hmmm..... lots of choices there. Mxy??

Although, Gemini meaning twin, could be Bizarro.

Intresting

is Zor-El his older or younger?

Does Clark discover blue k in Blue, and then use it on Bizarro in Gemini?

so, Bizarro is a season long villian? cool.

what about those twin meteor freaks from Mortal? They're foes from the past and twins (Gemini).

It seems almost too obvious for it to be Clark and Lana, but who knows?

Is Grant supposed to be a regular? I can't see how he and Lois can continue to be a couple unless we see him regularly. So, maybe not them.

Jimmy/Chloe seems most likely to me. I don't really see the having Jimmy/Kara be more than just an attraction.

Gemini - Makes me think of twins, so I vote Clark/Bizarro, and Bizarro could be the returning foe they speak of as well.

I believe that they wont have Clark and Lana breaking up now until the end of the show. After all this, you dont bring them together for 6 episodes.

But it does say "change in relationship" which doesnt necessarily mean a break up, although that's most likely what it does mean.

I think it means Chloe & Jimmy. Jimmy could break up with Chloe for good for all we know. Jimmy was worried about Chloe having feelings for Clark & we know that Chloe will not be telling Jimmy about her new power. So no doubt Jimmy will eventually break down & will have enough of Chloe being so secretive & we do know that Jimmy does get the hots for the new girl in town.

I have a feeling the Chloe/Jimmy relationship is going to follow a lot of old Lana/Clark parallels. My guess is Jimmy's going to get all upset about Chloe being all secretive about her power.

As for the old villian... I really hope it's not a FotW.
I find it hard to believe Zod would get another host, especially without all his minions running around helping him. So that's probably out. I'd like to see them bring Mxy back in a big way....

Guys, just thought of something maybe the returning villain is- MXY!!!!!!

Think about it- he saw and entered Level 33.1 and the show didn't really wrap that up yet. So, imo, he's the one likely to return.
