i started assuming it.. im glad you all were surprised.. but it did cross my mind a few times.

It only crossed my mind about halfway through the episode when Pan had yet to appear in any of the flashback story. Up until that point, I just assumed brother/friend.

Yea, going in I thought they were brothers but once we actually saw the guy and they both went to Neverland I texted my mom who had already watched the episode and said "Oh!! He's his dad! He's his dad!" And she just started laughing. I think it's a tad bit goofy and odd to say the least but its cool. Just weird that Rumple and Pan both kept it a secret for so long

That is when I figured it out as well halfway through the flashback when there was no Pan.Then everything made sense about why he was gloating about not being able to be stopped by Rumple. Why Rumple initially was so determined to Kill Pan at the price of his own life. I suspect if he did kill him he didn't want to live with the consequences either. That is one wicked family tree Bae is descended from how he did not end up like Regina is a good question.

While Henry's life hangs in the balance, the race is on to stop Pan from gaining full magical powers from the heart of the truest believer. Meanwhile, in Storybrooke of the past, Regina decides to fill a void in her life and, with Mr. Gold's help, sets out to adopt a baby, on "Once Upon a Time," SUNDAY, DECEMBER 1 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Christopher as adoption agent.

"Save Henry" was written by Christine Boylan & Daniel T. Thomsen and directed by Andy Goddard.

Totally forgot that story line was being done! Should be an interesting episode.

I really liked this episode didn't see the twist coming until about the same time it took place. I really like the acting job Robbie Kay is doing as Peter Pan. It will be interesting to see

How they get Rumple out of the Pandora's box and I hope its not as simple as just opening the lid and letting him out. Also does anybody think there is anything in the Box with Rumple?
