Eh, you are right. My mistake. Watched it again. I just find it moronic how these teens act tough these days and then as soon as they are about to get their arse whooped, they want their mommy. Fight your own battles! :argh:

Oh yeah, teenagers are the worst of the worst.

That whole issue with the cop at the pool party proves that cops need to be controlled. It's really riddiclious that a cop as to pull out a GUN on kids at a pool party and brutally detain a 15 year old girl like he did. It pisses me off people are defending the officer like the woman in the news segment did. I wonder if she would defend the officer if he were black and treated a 15 year old white female teen the same way the officer did to the black teen, such as slamming her down and putting both knees in her back. It just shows that if your black in a white area your automatically perceived as a threat. And people say racism doesn't exist in America anymore because we have a half black president SMH. It's even more disgusting when you see how the murderous biker gang members were treated compared to unarmed black teens at a freaking pool party. Mercia folks!!

Texas Cop Suspended After Footage Emerges of Brutal Pool Party Arrests

On Saturday, video was uploaded to Youtube of police officers screaming at and arresting children at a community pool in Texas. One officer, confronted by two boys while grabbing a young girl by the neck and shoving her head towards the ground, pulls his gun and points it at them.

According to a police statement posted to Facebook, McKinney, Texas police responded on Friday evening to a “disturbance” call regarding a group of teenagers who “do not live in the area or have permission to be there.”

A fight had reportedly broken out at the Craig Ranch North Community Pool when the police were called. “When the cops showed up everyone ran, including the people who didn’t do anything,” the description of the Youtube video reads. “So the cops just started putting everyone on the ground and in handcuffs for no reason. This kind of force is uncalled for especially on children and innocent bystanders.”

First responding officers encountered a large crowd that refused to comply with police commands. Nine additional units responded to the scene. Officers were eventually able to gain control of the situation.

McKinney Police later learned of a video that was taken at the scene by an unknown party. This video has raised concerns that are being investigated by the McKinney Police Department. At this time, one of the responding officers has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of this investigation.
The statement does not specify which of the responding officers has been suspended or which part of the video “raised concerns.” Was it, indeed, the part where an officer pulls his weapon on two unarmed boys? Or was it the part where he drives his knee into a teenage girl’s back—a girl who, in fact, was apparently following his orders to leave the area when he changed his mind and decided to arrest her—and screams in her face?

Then again, perhaps it was the part when he interrupts another officer who is trying to talk to a group of teenagers—two of whom return to him a flashlight dropped by an officer who was sprinting around tackling people—like human beings, wrestling one to the ground and yelling, “Get on the ground. I told you to stay.”

Later, this officer explains, “I personally told you to get on the ground and stay. What did you do when I walked away? You did what everybody else did, and what everybody else did was illegal. You did it, and you got caught. Now, you’re sitting here, paying for it.”

As it happens, it would appear that this is the same officer who pulled his gun for no reason. One can only imagine why two young black males would want to run away from such a person.

Poor kids probably would've ended up being the next hashtags on Twitter if the cameras weren't around. That cop could've hurt/killed someone's child smh

If it wasn't caught on camera he would have gotten away with it.

The trip/barrel roll he started with in the video was gold though. More and more Tackleberry cops,
come-with-me-o.gif

need more Mahoney cops

More Mahoneys and less Dirty Harry wananbes wouldn't be a bad thing.

Such a shame you couldn't throw them in front of a bus like you did as a kid and get away with it, huh?

I didn't throw anyone, I just shoved a girl off of my back when she jumped me, and she just happened to land in the path of an ongoing bus. Due to the fact I was 13 at the time, I was protected under state laws, not to mention it was in self defense, all caught on camera thanks to the bus! Maybe if people would stop acting like *****ebags, then stupid crap would stop happening to them.

I read this comment online while at work:

"With all of the deaths and beatings of Black folks at the hands of police, it's like they are living in Nazi Germany."

I remember a day when you could sneak into a neighbor's pool and the most you got when caught was a strong talking to. These days morons call the cops and the cops point guns at you cause how dare you use that massive empty pool that no one is using! How dare you, criminal!*smh*

I really hate it when people compare anything that isn't like Nazis to Nazis. I have no love for them in the slightest but comparing small local incidents to outright genocide and invasion of other countries is demeaning to what really happened. I've heard people compare video game restrictions and curfews to Nazi Germany and they get mad when people call them idiots for the comparison. :whatever:

The cop needed protection against unarmed teenage girls at a pool party.

Give him a medal.

You should read "In the Garden of the Beasts". Its about the US ambassador, William Dodd's tenure in Berlin during Hitler's rise to power. Long before the nazis were invading Polland Hitler had his "police" (I cant remember the official name) going around Berlin with no supervision beating Jews to within an inch of their lives for petty stuff. One Jew was dropped off ar the American embassy so badly beaten he was unrecognizable. He had been whipped so much that his skin was hanging off. Jews were shot, beaten, raped, stabbed etc.

I think those incidents are what the person is comparing our police force to. We arent to that point, but the way cops automatically assume black people are criminals and assault and shoot them isnt all that far away from Hitlers police running around Berlin assaulting Jews. Thankfully tho we have a legal system that can charge the cops.

That comparison I can understand.

I get your point, I really do, but at the same time we have to remember that these types of cops really are the minority. Unfortunately the media doesn't report all the officers that do their job day in and day out by the books. According to the media violence and all kinds of bad things are rampant but if you look at the statistics this is the safest time to be alive in human history and it's only getting better. Negative stuff sells and it's what sticks in our minds but the really bad a**hole cops like that guy aren't the average officer in uniform. Saw this video the other day on Bookface:

https://www.facebook.com/JumpOffTV/videos/vb.5806539757/10153449844949758/?type=2&theater

It's an officer in uniform having a rap battle with some of the local teens. Sure lots of people shared it but nowhere near the exposure the video of the pool party is getting. I created this thread to help expose the corruption and injustices of anyone that abuses there power but I still truly believe most cops are good guys doing an incredibly hard job. I think the bigger problem than just outright bad officers is all the officers that turn a blind eye or don't report when a bad officer does something they know is wrong out of a sense of brotherhood or similar to the urban community not wanting to be known as a "snitch". Once officers understand that yes we are watching them and recording them and even their fellow officers are going to stand up for what is right when they do wrong I feel the USA will be on a much better path

Reports are coming online about what really happened at that pool party. It said both black and white neighbors called the police because the kids through a party at the city pool blasting profanity and were starting to fight at the pool. They even started to go into neighbor's yards. A police officer arrived on the scene alone and he started to get some heat from the crowd which is why that other officer came in all amped up. To be honest, I can see why he did what he did. Did he overreact? Yes, but I can't lie, if I was in his shoes, I can see why he did what he did. That girl running her mouth is not some saint. Should she have gotten her arse beat? No but come on! If it was your neighborhood and kids were climbing your fence, playing the nasty Lil Wayne or Two Chain song you can imagine in front of your kids, how would you feel? Sorry but I can't see this as a race issue but a video that is really being distorted in the media.

I don't care what the kids were doing you don't point a loaded weapon at dumbass unarmed teens nor do you proceed to manhandle a teen girl for running off at the mouth. Unacceptable behavior and just goes into the vicious circle of making urban teens dislike and mistrust the very people who are supposed to be protecting them

So if a crowd of people yelling and screaming and out of control was surrounding you, what would you do? Leave and allow them to continue to party and tear up a neighborhood that isn't theirs or do you try and put your foot down? Keep in mind this all happens very quickly with no time to strategize(not a word but who cares!). Again, I honestly don't know what I would do but I'm sorry, but parties are guilty. I think the cop should be suspended and not fired and the parents shouldn't be allowed to win any kind of lawsuit.

Exactly. What were the kids going to do? Slap him with a pool noodle? Oh the horror! Clearly that requires a grown man to use a gun.:o

If a man that weighs 150+ pounds cant subdue a 15 year old who weighs 100 pounds soaking wet then he doesnt need to be a cop. This goes back to cops being poorly trained and disciplined. They get in the littlest situation with the littlest bit of tension and they lose their heads.

He pulled a gun on teenage girls and slamed one to the ground. Even the other cops were trying to reign him in.

And of course if it was a black cop who did this to some skinny white girls he would've been handed a pink slip already with charges pending.

This next article is why I said that I honestly don't know what I would have done. I have been that kid on the other side of the law looking for an opportunity but just fortunate enough I have never been arrested. I honestly think this is what would have happened.

Again, the cop was wrong but I'm not going to condemn him because I truly understand why he did what he did. I've seen the other side of these stories where the neighborhood gets f-ed up while the guilty party is portrayed as the victim. These stories are not all black and white as people seem to think. Again, if this was YOUR neighborhood and your kids being subjected to these wild teens, how would you feel? I honestly don't think it's racism at all because there were black parents who called the cops as well. It's just not being reported by the media because it doesn't help their agenda.

Driver Sues After Cops Admit on Video They Stopped Him for No Reason

Can't link to vid due to cursing, search YT for: nypd illegal stop and search caught saying i dont even know why we pulled him over

A 26-year-old New York City man says he plans to sue the city for unlawful arrest after NYPD officers pulled him over in the Bronx and refused to give him any reason for the stop. Ben Farias was ordered out of the car, but he left his phone in the cupholder to record the search. The video includes one cop admitting “I don’t know why we pulled him over.”

“Just put ‘cocaine test,’” the other says, “That’s what you put.”

“That’s how you write the summons,” says the first, laughing.

All the cops found was a cookie—you can hear them mention it in the video—and the New York Daily News reports they ultimately arrested Farias for driving with an expired license, even though he showed them paperwork proving his license was good.

During the arrest, Farias says, the officers cuffed him so tightly that his wrist was fractured.

When it came time to give an official reason that they stopped Farias in the first place, the officers went with “driving with an obstructed windshield,” because he had a Christmas tree air freshener dangling from his mirror.

“It’s a basic air freshener everybody uses — I’ll never use it again though,” Farias told the Daily News.

“I felt as though they pulled me over and abused me for sport.”

Man Rendered Impotent After NY Jail Doctors Ignored 6-Day Erection

1288325093017617992.jpg

A former inmate at the Manhattan Detention Complex claims in a lawsuit that damage sustained to his penis from a six-day erection that went untreated while he was in custody has left him permanently impotent. Rodney Cotton had been taking Risperdal—an antidepressant that is known to cause painful and prolonged erections known as priapism.

Cotton, who was locked up after a parole violation in 2011, told DNAinfo that he saw two doctors who both simply gave him Tylenol and ice packs before he was taken to Bellevue Hospital and given surgery, four days after he initially made a complaint. One of the doctors is also being sued for allegedly telling another inmate to throw part of his severed finger in the trash, rather than attempting to preserve it.

After the surgery, Cotton was given stitches that were supposed to be removed in 10 days, but Dr. Landis Barnes—the severed finger guy—told him they would dissolve on their own. By the time they were removed—about a month later—“they had become embedded in the skin of his penis,” DNAinfo’s Rosa Goldensohn writes. According to Cotton’s lawyer, damage from the untreated priapism is so great that a prosthetic would not aid treatment of his impotence. “Honestly, I wanted to choke Barnes, because he destroyed me,” Cotton said of the ordeal, which seems like a pretty understated response.

DNAinfo reported last week that New York City will not renew its contract with Corizon, the medical company that handles healthcare in city jails. Considering the company’s horrendous track record, this is a very good thing.

Wow, I would be so pissed if that was me. He is going to get a huge settlement for that. The "health care" most places provide inmates is a sick joke. Weird thing is that is the same anti-psychotic I take for my schizophrenia and I have never heard of it being used to treat depression. It's a pretty serious drug. Also I am glad I have never had boners for several days

A grand jury in South Carolina has indicted former police officer Michael Slager for the murder of Walter Scott. In April, Slager shot Scott, an unarmed black man, eight times in the back following a routine traffic stop.

Slager, 33, was fired from the North Charleston, S.C., police force one day after horrifying video of the shooting emerged. He faces 30 years to life in prison with no parole if convicted.
