Also, when someone is drunk and someone else has sex with them, that person has been raped. Legally, that's the definition. If you're impaired, you can't give consent. Now, if BOTH of you are drunk and have sex with each other, I don't think you can prosecute that. And of course if it's he-said, she-said (which most such cases are), it's more difficult to prosecute. But legally, that is the definition.

If you have sex with someone who's drunk, you're a rapist. End of story.

And no, my male friends in college would get drunk and WATCH OUT for their also-drunk female friends. I was always stone-cold sober and I would see it happen. "Hey, I'm gonna check on Lisa, she just went to her room with some random guy and she looks s--tfaced." They probably wouldn't remember it the next day, but I would. They were stand-up guys. Real men. Unlike you, Dreadstar.

Actually this entire experience has taught me many things, so while I still might be clueless, I am a little less clueless than before.

I never said women do not like sex.

Women get drunk and then sex up the place and later say its not me its the booze all the time. I have known women like that in the past. I have had women like that in the past. But in the morning, everyone is polite ( I will call you! LOL) and you all move on, its only a 1 night thing. And they are not stumbling over drunk, just buzzed

Maybe I am a hipster? I'm a little unsure of what a hipster is granted I'm at work right now so I'm not looking very hipsterish at the moment.

So, bear with me now, I talk sex with girls I'm NOT dating OR currently having sex with. Just because someone says something doesn't mean it's serious. I know I f*** with people all the time saying things I know will get a reaction. A lot of 35+ hit on me all the time. Kind of wish they didn't. I appeal to that demographic though.

So I think I'm pretty much done with that girl I mentioned earlier. I had asked her to come to a party this weekend, and she took hours to respond to me, and when she did, I felt like she was ducking the question. She said something along the lines of "I wish I could get off work early. I'm being a drug head today. My leg hurts so I'm being all loud and annoying lol". So I didn't bother to reply back.

I had told her like last week I was gonna contact her and make plans for this weekend, but this is 3 declines in 2 weekends now, so I think I'm just gonna move on to the next one.

This girl I like is leaving on the 18th for Germany for a year. She's having a going away party, but I want to do something special, that being make her a nice dinner. Now, seeing as I've never done something like this and I want it to be special, I need some ideas of what to serve, atmosphere, what to say/do, etc. Normally I wouldn't stress over this, but I really do like this girl and I want to do something extraordinary before she leaves.

Well you have to give a little bit more information.

Like...what does she like? Does she like Italian? Chinese?

From there, the internet is your friend. A lot of sites that break down recipes that even idiots can look like chefs.

I'd even do the recipe a few days before so you know it's going to be good.

I cook from time to time. I'm a big fan of Rizzotto, Tuna, and or Chicken because it's easy.

If you want to do red wine stick with Tuna of course.

I'd definitely include wine and don't go over the top with it. Keep it casual but class it up a little bit with nicer silver wear, plates and don't go overboard on candles and flowers. Kind of like you threw it together or a whim but it came together nicely. That's what I'd go for.

Steaks are great too, just a bigger production to do properly.

My fiance is a shy quiet introvert who has no female friends aside from the girls he's dated, and he barely talks to them now. (I would say never, but last week he went to an improv with one of his exes, since she had free tickets and was trying to get people to go. ) His parents are divorced, he's an only child. Majored in engineering and worked in software, so barely no female classmates or coworkers around him either.

And even HE knows that you treat a woman with respect.
