bum is just ranting incoherently about some chick. Apparently she caught him *********ing to a pic of another woman but she accepted a watch from a guy who has a crush on her. He considers this cheating and wishes a violent death upon them both.

I had a GF yeeeeeaaaars ago that didn't catch me directly watching porn (I sold some weed to her friend and went to show her a song and accidentally pulled up the porn window instead D'OH! LMAO) and of course she told . . . my relationship went downhill rather quickly from there, and I never sold her friend weed ever again. The END.
