Very few people will break ties with you unless you do something very extreme. Not only are you not as suave as you think, you're not as aggressive as you think. Creepiness, specifically the kind you describe, is generally tolerated by younger females as just another form of male attention. Many, many, many girls I've known will tolerate basically full on groping (especially at that age). Usually when I find myself in your scenario, one where I know the physical contact is meaningless and won't escalate anywhere, I bolt.
