The Dark Knight Rises After the third movie, would you rather see more sequels or a live action series?

If they could keep the same level of quality as Begins (or better), A live action TV series.

Dude i never thought of this.... obviously Bale would be out but so the hell what... but the quality has to be there... and it would be very costly... I doubt we'll get one it but it works better if they stop making films that is...

Wouldn't need to be Bale, I am positive they could find someone appropriate. I also think, yes, it could be expensive but not ridiculously so.
The main thing that would make it work in my mind is the quality of the writing would have to be the main concern. It seems to me, that's where every failed TV series breaks down. You can have a killer concept with great actors and crew, Which are indeed important, but the writing has to be excellent or it will fail. The costumes, special effects, set decoration and that kind of thing are secondrary. The thing is, it COULD be done.

well i at least want 3 movies so a live action, with harley and other apperences

I'd love an HBO or Showtime tv series. We could see the storylines w/ a greater character arc, a better understanding, more onscreen time for each piece of work.

If 'Lois and Clark' and 'Blade' was/is successful, a Bat series could definitely work.

I would hope it would be better than Lois and Clark. IMO, not a difficult task.

I love that idea!!!

I think that on HBO or Showtime, there would be more of a creative license to take the character as far as they can. There would be no worry for censors...and I like that alot!!!

Batman could be a great, GREAT, movie quality show. I'd want it to be as good as Galactica, The Wire, Deadwood etc.

I'd absolutely love to see it happen because Batman is really, really well suited to the format - perhaps better for TV than even movies.

But If it happened I'd probably prefer it to be a reboot than continue for the movie.

****ing imagine it... Year One - not as a 2-hour pilot, but as it should logically be: a full 22 episode (or 26 or 13 or whatever) season (with stuff other than just the book, of course). Each season could be called "Year x".

That's the bloody Holy Grail of motion picture Batman, IMO.
