Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents Of SHIELD - Episode2.19 - The Dirty Half Dozen

Im curious to see if they'll touch on what happens in AoU next episode or kind of just comment on it in passing since the movie doesn't really deal with what the show is dealing with.

Also screw Gonzolas for wanting to take out all inhumans/gifteds! A hole!

Kinda surprised they went with that scene and not the attack on the Hydra base, which would make more narrative sense going with what went down.

Oh, and Deathlok survived. Hooray. :D

I hope they let Stark give him a makeover.. that would be awesome

So Theta involves the Avengers in some way, apparently. But... how?

I still find it odd that AoS has touched on Inhumans so soon when the films won't touch on it for like years. I guess posssibly Gotg2 could go into them. But I understand why they did it now since the plot revolved around it so heavily.

Also.. holy crap at Skyes action scene tonight! ! Shes coldblooded.

I hope we see Fury put the ****ing ass smack down on that old piece of **** dick

I believe its the code to send them in that they now know where the scepter is.

Funny to know how the events of this episode causes the domino effect towards the events of Age of Ultron happening.

Theta Protocol!!!

Yeah, that's definitely what I expected to. The Nick Fury scene last year made narrative sense based on everything going on.

One thing we've sort of forgotten. Simmons said they called a specialist to recreate Deathlok's leg. I wonder who that was.

This one was really jam packed to completely get my head around it!

I'm glad to see Ward with the team again. *sigh* The good old days.:woot: But obviously it can't last. At least he made good his escape due to Simmons botched assassination attempt.

Simmons has really gone off her nut since the first quarter of this season. I mean,I get wanting the character to evolve past the lab-homebody/wallflower that she was first season, but they seem to keep taking her to extremes. Now she's got the blood (or...um dust) of Ralph Bashki on her hands. Kinda sad to see him go out that way,but he served his purpose.

Nice to see Skye get so much action. I still remember the whining about her in the first season. I get amused by the similar whining about Lincoln this season. I guess good looks are the bane of some people.:woot:

I see Deathlok is conveniently taken out of action so we don't hear "Why didn't he help fight Ultron?" Now what's the excuse for Daredevil?:cwink:

I still think Ward's feelings for 33 were genuine. But given what we know about Ward,I think he did what Ward would ultimately do.

Cal kinda got sidetracked this episode and Raina seems to be finally asserting herself.

I'm glad Coulson seems to finally have the upper hand of Gonzales.Kick him out Phil!

"Spoiler alert!" I guess the events in AOU make Fury's "faux death" public knowledge.

I don't know if I could hang with May's attitude during all this. I thought Hunter's quick reconciliation with Mack felt somewhat unearned.

Interesting to see how Phil/Loki's scepter ties into AOU?

I hope that wasn't the extent of Maria Hill's involvement with the show this season.

The "spoiler alert" line from Coulson was clever

Well done Marvel

But then there's the bunkers and facilities, plus May's ex being in on it.

I must have missed that part, but if it's what I'm thinking then you'll see in the movie.. I don't want to give anything away lol.

That's from when the episode when they first introduced Theta ("Melinda", a couple of episodes back).

Awesome episode. Skye's action scene before rescuing Lincoln was great!

Agreed! Looked like a first person shooter for a few seconds. Skye's movements were so fluid, and that part where she used her power to knock hydra goons off their feet - nice touch.

Also, what's with the hundreds of bunks for Theta Protocol? Hmmm.

I'm thinking for those on the Index to be active recruits? A new Academy?

Since Human Torch mentioned Daredevil.. and that was post Avengers 1 and pre Avengers 2 I wonder if the others in the netflix series will now be in a post Ultron world or not? I certainly hope so.

The fight scene with Daisy Johnson rivals that of Daredevil! It was one take and absolutely amazing. I can't imagine how much practice that took. That was the best scene of the year by far.

Ah well I still believe the answer is in AoU briefly. You'll catch it when you see it. It's not a big spoiler or anything but I'd rather not say haha.

I thought for sure that Lincoln would've been the one to bite it, but luckily, Daisy's powers came in real handy. :D

This reminds me, what year does the DD show take place?
