Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents of SHIELD - S02E16 - "AfterLife"

If bringing Ward back into the fold makes the newest Inhuman guy expendable, I'm all for it.

"I showed you mine, you show me yours...."

Whyyyyy AOS writers, whyyyyy?! We know you want them to hook up, stop hitting us over the head with it. Better yet, kill him off. Please.

It's fan driven, haven't you seen all of those YouTube videos. That's no mere ship, it's a Helicarrier.

Was surprised to see Cal being aware that Jiaying was alive, but in retrospect I guess it makes sense: it means Cal was in Afterlife when Raina found him in last season's finale.

Wow,just wow. I was thinking this was just a fairly routine set up episode, but they really went ahead a packed plenty of twists and turns in there.I'm gonna give this one the full 10!

I love seeing Coulson and Hunter together. "He's calling the police.See what you've done? Are you happy now?":lmao:

Deathlok! I was happy to finally see him again. Yeah,he still kinda doesn't look like Deathlok.....but they made good use of him.I didn't think he should be a full time member of the team, but I'm glad they haven't just forgotten about him.

Skye's mom is alive? I find it tough to believe, since she was carved up like a Christmas turkey. But this opens up even more questions. Why didn't Cal seem surprised? Wasn't his whole life based on getting revenge for her death? And just why did she "abandon" Skye if she was still alive?

It was good to see Raina again briefly. I sure hope they plan to do something with her soon.

Aha! I was worried for a moment there, but it looks like Fitzsimmons is still alive and well. I'm hoping May doesn't fall in with NuSHIELD either. I'm thinking Bobbi may be having 2nd thoughts.

So Coulson is going after Ward next. Looks like all the threads are coming together.

Next week, the REAL story of The Cavalry!

Haven't seen it but I hope it's something much more interesting than it appears.

The 50 Shades of Frozen trailer was pretty interesting. Frozen was actually pretty good. Anyway, if they're this obvious about a love interest, expect Lincoln to be somebody other than who he appears to be.

This is the first time I ever wanted to re watch an episode of agents of Shield

50 Shades of Frozen sounds disturbing. I will check it out.

And, that's encouraging. I hope so.

Well if we go by what Coulson said Deathlok is apart of the team Coulson since he was doing a covert mission for him. Makes sense that he is off doing all kinds of hardcore missions though. Keeps him away so he isn't there all the time but can be called in when needed

Which reminds me, there were some obvious references to AoU from Deathlok. Should be more of those coming hard and fast for the next few episodes.

Am I the only rooting for the real SHIELD to win this?

I still doubt that Whitehall is truly dead, and this episode reinforces that. 2 shots in the back was enough to do him in? And we didn't get to see a body. Plus, we still gotta get that Mr. Hyde and Kraken showdown they teased to death.

Nope, it may be an unpopular opinion but I really don't like Coulson. I think real SHIELD is mostly right about him, they're just a little paranoid.

You know what, at first I thought Fitz palmed the cube, but they scanned him before he left, then Simmons handed him the bag, so I think Fitz realized Simmons was scanning the cube to make a false copy, at which point she told him he had to leave, then she placed the real cube in the bag with his sandwich, and handed it to him after he was scanned. Still slight of hand, but a little more complicated.

Poor Bobby though, that's twice Simmons has completely schooled her.

You mean the one headed by Gonzales, or the one headed by Buddy the Dog, who is the real Clairvoyant?

Gonzalez of course. What SHIELD are you talking about headed by Buddy? Is there something I missed?

Interesting that when we first saw him his hand was bloody and tonight they were again. Maybe he's placed in isolation a lot when he's there so he gets mad and tries to tear poop up.
