If Ben's Batman kills then there's no way that the Suicide Squad members (which he's responsible for putting in prison), let alone the Joker, would still be alive.

Pretty Much.

The entirety of the highly anticipated Suicide Squad film exists because of the fact that Batman doesn't kill.

Batman killing = No Suicide Squad.

lol at the bizarro-Superman. This is what we're all should be looking forward to. Not the photo-shopped nonsense on several magazine and poster covers.

I agree. I think the film will be incredible.

The poster work and art direction of the merchandising and promo leaves a lot to be desired. They just pick odd looking frames sometimes.

So it's all in agreement that Warner Bros needs a new marketing team. :o

I just don't get how the same team is behind Suicide Squad. SS's marketing is sooooooooo much better. It's honestly unbelievable.

The marketing for BvS has been great, the only misstep for some was Trailer 2 because it apparently "revealed" to much.

Things like dodgy looking pictures effects no one but fanboys.

Hold on there,
We still have 7 months to go till SS.
Thats plenty of time for them to release a spoiler filled trailer and 20 tv spots

Executioner = Breaks bones and roughs up a bit excessively

Just never kills and knows when to stop before going that far. Kinda like when the terminator shoots people in T2 and intends to hurt some but knows how to keep them alive

Is it? Think about what we had for BvS at the release of the first trailer: a great teaser and an amazing trailer, great photos of Batfleck, Superman, WW, Aquaman, and the Batmobile. Any fumbles made came later (magazine covers and a trailer that showed too much).

Ahh I get you, sorry about that got abit muddled haha

I got a book of pre crisis stories drawn by Gil Kane. You read that trade? I really like his art.

I have read a lot of 1970s/80s stuffs, Gil Kane amongst them along with some re-issued 1940s-50s Superman comics, these, other little known comics like AD 2000 (Judge Dredd) are all in storage (hopefully in good condition lol) in my old home. I don't remember them that much though. lol

The Empire SS covers were awesome.

We actually don't know if the trailer showed to much really, Doomsdsy would likely have been spoilt by a toy soon enough (and let's face it he was rumoured so much most would have said huh told you so like they did with Khan in STID) and we knew they were going to team up come the films end. Snyder's also said its revealed very little let's not forget.

Not surprised if you've read so many :funny:

I haven't had much of an issue with the marketing, this newest superman cover is actually the biggest disappointment I've had and I wouldn't say it's all that horrible either

So your assessment that Squad's marketing is great and BvS's sucks is based solely on the magazine covers? I agree that BvS mag covers are lackluster, but other than that, I think they've done a great job, especially considering how long it's been since the film's announcement.

Joker gas poisoning is a serious condition that should not be taken lightly. :o

empire always has horrible covers, I can't blame WB for that

No. You're thinking of Entertainment Weekly.

And no this isn't about only magazine covers. It's about the posters and the reveals in trailer 3 or 2 or whatever number. It's about showing the omega symbol when that easily could have been held back and the theater would have flipped. It's about seeing the same Batman pose in every picture. I can't be the only one thinking this.
