The MOS Nokia trailer is face meltingly good. I don't get some saying the trailers, especially that one, were misleading or something. The film I saw in the trailers was indeed the one I got (and more) in the theaters. That Zimmer music just does a number on the imagination is all. t:

I really don't think the Nokia trailer is the one most people are referring to when they say the trailers for MoS were somehow misleading. The others had a more uplifting, inspiring tone.

My favorite TDKR trailer was the mtv one! Omg I wish they incorporated this creepy music in the movie somehow.

Like I said, that one for sure was not, but we all know that what people mean is trailer 3 for MOS and again, I contend that the Zimmer music played a movie in people's heads filled with so much emotion that it was impossible for the film to live up to that standard. That's my opinion of part of the reaction to the film.

The main thing I loved about the MoS Nokia trailer was the Zimmer music along with all those action shots and very little dialogue; the trailer was, in my opinion, very visually orientated which is what I loved. Now with Fong's cinematography, imagine the shots (old and new) we'll get along with the film's score! The hype is real.

Campea hasn't been keen on this movie but I don't think he was against Ben's casting.

Campea is just nervous like a lot of people because seeing Bats and Supes together on the screen is a life long wish. He got deflated after the Doomsday trailer but WB pushing of Dawn of Justice is swaying those nay sayers back.
Campea is hyped for this movie.

I like Campea A LOT. I think his operation is one of the best, despite that there have been many times when I have disagreed with him. When Movie Talk discusses rumors, they make damn sure they tell you, "Hey, this is a rumor, it's not been confirmed by credible sources, it's just something in the pop culture ether right now and we are going to discuss it, but that don't make it so" or word to that affect.

It's a good group and for the most part I think they are giving us their honest takes on the Entertainment news of the day. Do I think Campea is being unfair (less recently) to Gal Gadot? Sure. It's a bit over the top. But he and the others are entertaining, insightful and passionate and are not TOO fanboy bottom of the barrel, which is why when those types are guests are on the shows. The new narrative is that Campea and the Movie Talk Crew are anti-BVS and that people only ever liked him around here because he has publicly stated how much he loves MOS. See... If they see BvS and all HATE IT, well... if I end up liking it, then I suppose that's just one more point of disagreement I would have with him, but that wouldn't affect how I view the show or how I enjoy the product he brings to us pretty much daily.



Anyway... How bout dat Dark Knight fighting dat Man O' Steel?

I think he consciously says that he has no evidence of Gal as an actor based on Fast & Furious but hopes she will. Schnepp will always go back and say she must have really impressed in casting so have faith they haven't miscast anyone yet.
