I know DC doesn't want to be like Marvel but they really should reconsider doing a mid-credits scene. The Audience is so used to seeing them now there were a lot of people waiting for one.

About half of the theater was waiting when the credits started, I think they were expecting some mid or after credits scene, they must have been disappointed. :funny:

It's kinda sad that its become the norm as opposed to an occasional surprise.

The artwork they used for the end credits was pretty impressive. Once that stopped I walked out. :funny:

I saw a lot of people being frustated and booing at no mid credit scene too. Guess thats what happens when the last CBM movie has 5. Still not a fan of post credit scenes. Want to attach footage/trailer before a movie? Sure.
That is a Disney/Marvel thing tho. Disney was doing the end credit scene with Pirates of the Caribbean before they even purchased Marvel

Now, WB is also doing it for some movies, Kong had one.

BTW, I saw trailers for Annabelle 2, Dunkirk and JL before the movie.

I don't think they HAVE too. They SHOULD come up with something unique to them tho. I can see a scene just before the credits start to roll and right after an obvious end of the actual movie.
Maybe even have the art IN the credits hint at what is coming next

Hopefully that changes, I liked the fact there wasn't a credit scene. They just feel cheesy too me.

But these mid credit scenes have broken up friendships and forced people to walk home.

That Dunkirk trailer looks a hell lot better when viewed on big screen, lol.

Surprised WB got 3 trailers in front of their own movie. Usually you can only have two but i guess since one is New Line, it doesn't count.

Yeah any of those would be fine. I think it's an easy way to get the audience hyped for future films, the fact that they even stayed for one that wasnt coming shows they are interested.

It's gotten to the point where it's aggravating. And to be frank, a lot of the post-credit scenes have been lame or uneventful -- the ones on Battleship, Days of Future Past and X-Men Apocalypse take the cake.

I like it when directors refuse to put an extra scene at the end. I like movies to stand on their own, and not just tease a sequel just because "Marvel does it."

Bruckheimer didn't do it on every film though, just the films he thought would end up as a franchise (i.e. POTC and Sorcerer's Apprentice). Marvel Studios use to parsimoniously just put one after the credits, then they upped it to two. While the GOTG V2 five scenes was a one-time thing, it was irritating and overboard.

Well some people still get confused as to what Heroes are with which Company too heh I know a few. ONE guy still thinks Disney bought WB. lol
