A true comedian doesn't have to try hard to make people laugh. You can be self deprecating and all that, but do that **** too much and it becomes a turn-off. Conan O' Brien falls prey to that on occasion...he rags on himself a little TOO much at times.

Eh, people either seem to love or hate Dane......I think he's awesome. Employee of the Month looks like a dumb movie, but other than that I love his comedy.
