It'd be hard to keep it under wraps though. With Two-Face it was easier as it was mostly CGI (I think, could be wrong). I'd be impressed if they managed to keep Catwoman's look under wraps for a long period of time.

I am eagerly awaiting to see how Christopher Nolan interprets Selina Kyle/Catwoman for the world he's created, as well as Bane. How does one view them through the prism of Batman Begins and The Dark Knight?
I think that Catwoman may represent temptation and seduction. She could try to corrupt Batman, in a very different way from the Joker. While the Joker tried to corrupt Batman by trying to force him to compromise his principles in order to stop him, Catwoman may try to seduce him into giving up on being a hero and doing the right thing. Apple, anyone?

Oh, there is no doubt we'll see a costume of her. She is the most popular villain in this one, so it would only make sense to let people know.

I see her more in the role of Harvey Dent this time but in a reverse arc . She starts out as a criminal and gets redemtion with the influence of Bats

I think, with Bane being released a day short of four years to the day after Joker, we'll see either Batman(in a altered TDK suit), or the very first reveal of Catwoman.
