Yeah I'm curious as well. At first I thought it was some night vision goggles but there's a chance that the scene is during the day so maybe just cool sunglasses.

They may be able to be viewed by a third party, like Lucius did for Batman in TDK with his goggles. Maybe even Lucius will help out Catwoman.
