Well, i'm not reading the Midnighter book, and he seemed to do well without his battle nanites in Authority Prime, plus theres the whole punching holes through peoples heads thing, i'm still gonna have to say he should take out Batman, but we all know he wont.

The real question is, once the big fight is over and they come together to face their common enemy or whatever, will Bat's and Supes be weirded out upon seeing Apollo and Midnighter making out in the Hall of Justice?

I think he should take Batman too. I'm just saying, he seems to not be totally unbeatable anymore.

And Apollo is apparently an alternate version of the Ray, not Superman, if Countdown: Arena is to be believed.

Turning heroes gay, just cause, was always distasteful to me. As far as I'm concerned Midnighter carries himself like his a hardcore legend. But as far as dirty play goes, Batman's Cactus Jack. And I will not stand for him being beaten by a bootleg gay character.

Bats don't need to kill you to beat you. Yes, Bat-prep is OVERRATED but against Midnighter, he won't need it. Sadist with a mouth. Batman's dealt with his type before. And won.

I don't recall Batman ever dealing with someone who can anticipate and counteract literally any situation that arises instantly. That's basically why Midnighter is unbeatable, and rightly so. Jackson King had to shut down his brain implants telepathically to make him even remotely vulnerable.

It was a hole of Microsoft-Sony hate really. Lot of guys for Gamer Rejects stinking up the place with fanboyism.

It's just a gaming version of the comic boards, really. Everyone has their opinions and they're more vocal and abrasive than they'd likely be in real life. But the game forum's ex-mainstays were pretty good eggs, as far as I could tell. They were just not content with Matt's pettiness and, after speaking out against it, they were banned and the whole forum was put "on notice." Pretty much like dropping a bomb on an anthill.

I tell you this in confidence Corp, I was never crazy about WHF. Ban? Dunno, I'm not so much of a ban guy unless Religion and stuff gets involved.

I think the Comic boards are a lot more civil though. We tend to go OT all in good taste.

I saw it in my local Shop yesterday. Nice cover, uses the Annihilation Conquest Prologue cover. Stiff price for me though. I've got to consider buying it.
