I just want Anjte to hurt me while wearing the full Kryptonian wardrobe.

So we all knew once this movie came out, there would be alot of Superman vs other CBM heroes. Like Thor vs Superman. I intend to defy convention by positing this question,

Who would win in a fight, Movie Thor or Movie Faora?
Thor gets his hammer and Faora keeps her extra-sensory helmet to keep her super senses focused.
They are both h2h specialist with enormous strength. Who wins? Just a fun question.

I think the movie Thor would win against Faora, if he was able to use his hammer in time. With direct impact, it would definitely cause serious damage to her body armor. Plus the summoned lightning would short-circuit her protective mask.

But Faora has that incredible speed and ruthless demeanor on her side. She would easily take out Thor just on that alone. If she wasn't a dirty fighter, he would win.

Faora would win based on speed and strength alone. She would probably get hit by the hammer once, but once she realizes it's dangerous, she'll just keep on dodging it and punch Thor into Oblivion.

I call DIIIIIIBBBBSSS on Faora. You hear me? DIIIIIIIIBBBBBSSSS

Totally, saw the movie last night and wow. That kind of sexiness reminded me of Irina Spalko in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. That attitude that makes you think all kinds of kinky stuff.

I thought Faora had that Lisbeth Salander allure to her. Attitude wise, not really looks-wise. Looks wise, Antje blows Rooney Mara and Noomi Rapace away... pun intended.

She wasn't that great, jeez. People acting like this is the best performance known to man. Relax.

Antje reminds me of Marion Cotillard in that shot.

But seriously, Antje did so much with what little she had in the script. Now that's quality... I would say Faora was more menacing than Zod was in most scenes.

Well, I don't think Zod was supposed to be frightening as much as sympathetic. It's hard not to feel bad he
realizes he's all alone.
He's a villain with anti-heroic motives. I think Faora is more disturbing because she comes across as joyful. Not sadistic exactly, but someone who thinks she is on the right side of things and feels a sense of honor to her cause.

Shannon wasn't lying when he said Zod "wasn't a villain". I actually did feel bad for him by the films end.
"NOW I HAVE NO PEOPLE!"

It's a bit jarring for everybody. But we'll all get through this eventually. :p

I really doubt Faora will be seen in future installments, but the making of an epic onscreen baddie is all there. Say she and the others (Hamilton and Hardy too) are still alive in this version of the Zone somehow and she does get out later but is forced to team with Superman against a Brainiac or a Mongol type. This version of the character really sticks with you enough that I keep thinking of ways to bring her back. It's something I never would have believed if I could tell myself this a year ago. As for movie Faora vs movie Thor? I think the same answer one would have for MOS Supes vs movie Thor... Kryptonians>Asgardians (even the Son Of Odin.)

I read a comment "why can't a powerful woman like Faora come and sweep me off my feet" I liked it cause that's usually what women say about men, but with Faora she is the one in charge. ;)

I am tempted to write an epic fanfiction if this never happens in the films. And then an artist can use the story as a script for a fan comic.

Possible. We'll know in about six years.
