All of them seem like they never liked the F4 comic book to beign with so their opinion is CRAP.

And btw one of the guys who says the trailer reaction was bad. He is so wrong. I know i am not a fan of f4 but i do know that the theatre i went to had great reaction.
 
I snook into a theatre after seeing We are Marshall... And saw the trailer in it's full glory.... Plus I saw a trailer to this billy bob thornton movie, where he actually creates his own space ship to fly in space, which also looked pretty good. :oldrazz:
 
ugh...a few more hours and I'm off work and then maybe, hopefully off to see NATM, and I only really want to see the trailer and just watch a no brainer movie and relax. Hopefully my theatre will be packed and garner a few good reactions.
Best reactions I think I ever got at a showing for a movie...opening nite of Matrix Reloaded had the Freddy VS. Jason trailer. Annnnd...I forget what movie I was at when the Two Towers preview was shown...but that got a good reaction...the best two were opening nite of Underworld 2 with the X3 trailer...that gave me goosebumps....one guy started clapping and then the whole theatre erupted in cheering and clapping. Then Superman Returns, that was a good round of applause for Spiderman 3.

oh and opening nite of Charlie and the Chocolate factory had the POTC2 trailer...every friggin' girl in there screamed for Johnny and Orlando. Yikes...that was one I'd like to forget.

I love it when people sitting behind their PCs all over the world can telepathically read what I "meant" or "seemed" to say, as I sit behind mine. :rolleyes: Wouldn't it be better to just stick to what I actually typed instead of imputing bad motives? LOL :p

Methinks you're reading more into it than what's necessary or even what I intended. I critiqued the trailer and compared it to the first film's trailers. That's where the review started and ended. Let it go. :cool:
 
I just saw NIGHT AT THE MUSUEM and this teaser trailer. The teaser was OK and there wasn't a reaction from the crowd. I always think it’s funny when a new teaser comes out for a comic book movie. All the fanboys always come on the message board about their audiences "reactions" as if they actually know what every single person in the theatre was thinking. Odds are, it's because you're excited so you kinda get the sense that everyone else is.

Honestly, it's always the same. "OMG I JUST GOT BACK FROM SEEING SO AND SO AND THE BLANK TEASER WAS ATTACKED. OMFG EVERYONE WAS SILENT, NO ONE WAS TALKING (me: yeah, just like when every other trailer plays). SERIOUSLY, OMFG TRAILER WAS AMAZING. THEY SAID THE WORD "THE" AND "A" AND "IS" AND "HE/SHE/IT!" OMG MOST GROUNDBREAKING THING…EVAH!!!!! AND AFTER THE TRAILER I LITERALLY HEARD EVERY SINGLE CONVERSATION IN THE ENTIRE THEATRE AND MEMORIZED IT THEN CAME ON EHRE AND POSTED IT WORD FOR WORD. HERE’S A SMAPLE:

Person in the front row that I heard despite the fact that I'm in the back: OH MY GODZ THAT WUZ @MAZ1ng!!!!

This teaser trailer was more like a glorified clip of the film.
 
yea it was ****in awesome saw it with Night at the Museum which in my opinion was an awesome movie. Love how realistic everything looks this time around. I thought the first Fantastic Four movie was a little cartoonish for my taste but this one looks like its takin itself seriously this time. Also for the record i would like to say that the only marvel movies i have enjoyed was the third x-men movie, the 1st spiderman movie.

he's cuban and clearly just made it into the country.

Other than that, i was the loudest SOB, who screamed shut up F42 trailer to my cousin as soon as i saw the back of gruffuds and albas head, after that i just heard distinct whispers of ppl saying F42? what? another one? then it got quiet up until the moron said sliver surfer when he first appeared.

Then when he morphed or liquified out of the building it was disturbingly insync how many ppl said cool with Johnny, then it got quiet again, until it ended, and 2 morons clapped one screamed, and everyone else either whispered something seemingly good or just didn't give a dam.

AHHHHH and it begins: The typical SHH bashing of anyone who doesn't like a trailer, movie, or something else....

It's so nauseating. Why can't someone just not like what they saw? I could understand if it was a MOVIE and there was some objective parameters to discuss. But its a MOVIE TRAILER and thus, its impact is largely....dependent upon the viewer. Also, F4 left a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths. Fox has its job cut out for it.

I guess this was aimed at me,well Ive put forth plenty of negativity in my time here and have been equally as positive on many things and open to liking the stuff i start out feeling negatively about but click on that link and you will see brain dead post after brain dead post.
A well written intelligent critique of any trailer/film that disagrees with my standpoint is fine with me but ******ed "OMG i'll see it cos X celeb is like so totally hawt,the flamer dude is ok" type of ppl can go jump
