Avengers Alliance - Part 2

I'm onto the 24-hr research now and still have over 500 UIso, thanks largely to hitting 100 UIso on the daily roulette.

I've got Agent Venom going to LVL 8 with Domino ready to go to LVL 8 also shortly after.

I haven't gotten there yet. I'll see what advice I can give when I do.
 
Wow. Horsemen Rogue (Infiltrator) and X-23 (Bruiser) are a crazy effective team. I might have to look into that next PVP tournament.


From what I've seen the consensus picks of classes for the first 3 Horsemen are those two, and Tactician Beast. Not enough info on Iceman yet.

That's good to know, tnx! I hit 20 CP's on the roulette, so i'm looking to spend what i have, since i dont have to buy any heroes for the SO :yay:. I'm hesitant between buying new heroes or getting some of the alts for the heroes i do have, hmm...
 
So there's no way for me to defeat Seline in the SO with the current heroes I've got selected. I can't progress through the mission, even though she is the last hurdle left. I'm guessing I'll have to abort and somehow change the mix of heroes or replay the first mission against the Living Pharoah and hope to pick up some weapon that can defeat her?

The distress call is a bit of a gamble. Sometimes the hero helps but other times he does nothing of any significance to alter the game.
 
I'm level 300 for a while now. I'm not really the best for advice in battles as PVE is easy for me at this point. I don't know what struggles.
 
So, current strategy for spending gold. I'll probably only try to spend if they rerelease Moon Knight and Squirrel Girl.

And I only get the 1 CP. Last few days for the roulette everyday is the 1 CP.

Will be collecting the Unstable ISO through the week and play SO on the weekend. I'm at task 10 (11?) for the research and never have enough Unstables (when I do roll the 1000 Isos in roulette its usually after I've completed all the tasks, and I have 5 friends playing, one doesn't play at all, one stopped playing after I caught up to them, and that leaves me with three who do play--which I appreciate, but not enough to play so I need to schedule my SO Iso usage).

Not sure if I'll pick up the Horsemen Alts…what say you guys? I'm waiting for the modern Rogue and classic Magik personally, but who knows when those will be released.

One last questions: Phoenix 5 Cyclops vs 90s Cyclops?
 
Picked up Horsemen Rogue (Infiltrator) and she's pretty good in a fight. Got a feeling I'll be seeing tons of horsemen in the next pvp

have Phoenix 5 Cyclops and use him in the pvp now and then

You need to go on those forums and get allies. I'm not sure which Cyclops is better. I refuse to use 90's because it's hideous. :funny:

Infiltrator Horsemen Rogue is a monster. I'll try out all the Horsemen at some point next PVP I believe.
 
Once I got 90's Cyclops I never changed again. I think he's the best one. His Finish the Fight ability comes in handy.

Try and get more active allies, that helps in terms of getting isos and also winning a few when you visit them.

I'm in the 24 hour research atm, it shall be done by tonight :woot:. I'm taking my time with this SO, there's plenty of time still left.
 
I'm currently a day out from finishing the 48-hr research after being delayed by not having power for the past 2.5 days. I only got the research started by heading over to my sister's place for a few hours. I should have enough UIso to get through most of the tasks but missing out on one daily roulette, 1 day of gifts, and 2 days of allies' maps hurt my total.
 
Does all the music used on Avengers Alliance come from the various Marvel movies? I recognise the Avengers theme but am not sure about the others.
 
The Avengers theme didn't come out in the game until Season 2. I think the other music might be generic but I'm not certain.

Got it back this afternoon, which is why I'm back on here. Had very limited computer time when I wasn't at home so couldn't exactly be on SHH since I always find a way to spend an hour or two just reading different sections of the forum.
 
oh crap, looks like while they were doing maintenance they screw up the gifting, you can only collect 1 :(
