I wish there were a PVP tournament going on. That was always a good way to gain some extra XP and potentially level yourself up and have some items drop as well, without actually using any energy.

BTW, if Task 16 is 24 hours, anyone know how long the research for Task 21 lasts?

I'm on task 16 now, waiting for the one day research. I already 2-starred mission 2, and i have the fight with Groot waiting in the wings, so tasks 17 and 18 are ready to go, and it's pretty smooth sailing for task 21 after those, so i think i'm gonna finish this SO rather fast this time around.

I'm on Task 21 now and stuck there for the next day and a half. Well, actually I haven't even started the research on it yet because I don't have 100 UISOs. I don't know how soon I'll get some more UISOs to carry out the task as I'm only down to 6 at the moment. Tasks 22-24 should be straight forward (I've already defeated Ronan in one big group before).

At the moment I'm just trying to get through Mission 12.4 now. Fighting Modok in 12.3 was hard enough as he kept self repairing every time I got his health down. Finally used Cyclops against him with his combat awareness ability, and also a chrono accelerator to give me an extra turn so I could hit him all in one go before he could recover.

I hope I can outlevel Chapter 12 soon, so that I can easily get CPs from 12.2. Right now the level seems to just keep increasing with my own, which defeats the purpose of making it the easiest place to farm CPs.

My Rocket is level 4 and I have to get him to level 6 to complete his task. Why couldn't they ask for his L1 and L2 ability only? Argh!

Well I won't have that problem, because if I am able to get Rocket, it will only be between Tasks 24 and 25 if I am able to farm enough CPs from 12.2. However, I think that may take a while for that mission to be efficient for me, as I need to get several levels above. How do I do that beyond Chapter 12? By playing Season 2?

Star-Lord is awesome. His ''12% of a plan'' has a high proc rate, which can give an extra turn for the whole team if it procs against an area attack.

I guess he'll be nerfed shortly afterwards the SO. I just hope he is still as fun to use as he is now.

Just got my 3rd star on Mission 3 and still have 180 UIso left. That should be enough to get through an epic run.

Star-Lord is now recruited. Only took a little under 4 days, which is now my shortest time to get a SO hero.

I can usually get to the penultimate task in the SO relatively quickly, but then I get stuck there when it comes to facing the Epic Boss. I didn't manage to get Cannonball last time round because I just didn't have the heroes or the gold. Don't know if I could get those CPs this time round before the SO finishes.

I don't recall an Epic Boss in the Apocalypse SO though, unless I'm misremembering. Didn't you just have to fight him alongside all of the 4 horsemen?

I only have 134 UIso left for the Epic Run. I'm pretty sure that's not enough.

You'll likely just have to wait until the server reset happens for gifts. I must have gotten some UIso from some deploys since I started with 180 UIso but ended up having 45 UIso left after a full 160 UIso epic run. I probably won't be doing any more runs through SO until I get Star-Lord leveled up a bit.

It sucks because earlier I debated whether I need to complete a battle to get to 3 stars. I did it, and I didn't need it. That was the difference. lol

On the final research. 3 staring the second mission now. only need 3 more UIso to do it. Then it's 3 star mission 3 and finish the remaining tasks. Should have Star Lord by the end of the week if all goes well.

You can never tell though. I exited a battle early in the last Cannonball SO with only one minor threat left. That was a mistake. I nearly had 3 stars but it was literally just a few experience points short. Something ridiculous like only 5 or 10.

If I had just completed that last battle I wouldn't have had to waste further UISOs just to complete the mission again.

Star-Lord is an absolute beast in 12.2 with CA. Takes me less than 5 minutes to get through a full boss battle.

Finally on the 36 hour research.

And it seems that, not only shouldn't you 5-star any missions you're farming, but you shouldn't even go more than 1 or 2 stars in Chapter 12 or they seem to keep levelling up to or going beyond the agent's level. So I've been just aborting 12.2 even with only 1 star on it, so that it stays at level 109 while I get up to level 112 etc.

Also, I don't know if anyone here has seen GOTG yet, but are any of these henchmen appearing in this latest SO in the movie? I thought at first that Corvus Glaive might be in it, but that probably was the Other. Anyone spot any of these characters? Or are they just from the comics?

Who are the likes of Super Giant, Proxima Midnight etc?

I have 11 hours to go in the 36 hour research. I'm just relaxing, gathering isos and waiting for it to end so i can nip this SO in the butt
