I've had some bad matchups as of late. I've faced multiple people 400+ points from my rating and getting only 1-3 points for a win. Looks like they tweaked it too much.

Edit: They did tweak it and getting too easy of matchups has been a side effect.

I seem to have the worst luck with the 12.2 roulettes. I can understand it landing on other squares than a CP, but to consistently land on one of these ISO crystals?

Problem is I can't make up what I've lost due to losing 15-25 per loss yet only able to get 1-3 points a win. It was fine earlier this morning but within the last couple hours, I can't get a competitive fight. My last 5 wins have gotten me the following: 1, 1, 8, 11, 1. That's just a pathetic tweak by PD.

Gamora's alts (Tac. and Inf.) are now showing in the team management page, which means her CO will be out at the server reset. Her Guardian passive is attacks are guaranteed to hit. Her and Rocket (with his attacks are guaranteed to crit) could make for one interesting team.

Why are even the practice matches so hard now? I can barely make a dent on my opponents and they can eliminate me with one or two strikes.

If this keeps up, then when it comes to the next SO and asks me to win 3 PVPs (or however many) then it will be impossible to do.

huh? You talking about the Gamora fights? Went through the 1-4 with ease, can't do the last since I don't have enough points to finish it so have to wait until tomorrow

No, I'm talking about practice matches in PVP - nevermind even Gamora fights or actual PVP pre season matches.

I'm level 160 now, but can't even get through a match. Maybe yours is one of these on the other end who are getting through with ease since I'm having such difficulty.

I wouldn't even be able to get past L1 with a Gamora fight since I don't even have her recruited.

I'm level 300 and even I am having troubles winning in there, been having a devil of a time dealing with the OP Invisible Woman and Beast seems to be OP too, he's taking almost 90% of my health when he attacks

So who are these people who are actually winning? What special things do they have that give them such an advantage? Is it their heroes/ weapons or something else?

Hero bonuses, armory bonuses, weapons from past SO/chapters, and money spent buying gold items. I'm winning around 97% of my fights since I have done all but the last thing. The problems are I'm only getting matched up against people 300-500 points below me, resulting in really small gains, and I've fought against certain players like 4-5 times in the last few days. For all the talk about tweaking the system a few days ago, it seems to have actually gotten worse, not better.

Was just going to post the news about Tactics closing. It just wasn't a fun game since it was more about building your base up than actual fighting with the heroes. PD seems to just be closing down games left and right that aren't real money makers. It's a good thing Avengers Alliance is one of their cash cows.

Ever since they made a tweak to the matchmaking, I have about 5-6 players that I know will always pop up when doing PVP matches. Only a couple are actually anywhere near my rating and bonus levels so I get almost nothing. It's complete garbage and they know it is.

That's all true the EPN.TV review pointed that all out & more and made it very clear as well and I really wish this was actually n made into a X com game with some invisible inc mixed in as well for pc and consoles that not on face book. they have a better effect there if they actually did that. and I don't want playdom doing that if it's ever made ether.

That reminds me of when Playdom shut down MAA back in April of this year. Imagine having played MAAT a lot and having spent money on that thing only for it to shut down.

That didn't last very long. Glad I never played that. Only good thing to come out of it is the gold.

I feel that I need to get another scrapper, but all the characters I really want are other classes. There are quite a few infiltrators, blasters and tacticians I want, but I seem to have tons of them already.

Well, the only scrappers I'm interested in now are DD, Quicksilver, Ghost Rider and Deadpool. I'll probably get DD or Quicksilver soon but wish I could get more CPs in my roulette runs instead of blasted ISO crystals all the time.

well the difference between the two is that playdom just couldn't support the other MAA money wise and saw it as redundant to maintain it. while with tactic's it was a bout the quality you could't play it o mac's ad other Os's it was seriously buggy & the game while it was a good idea play style wise, having it on face book of all places the people that it would attracted aren't interested in face book or being nickled and dimed to create their base they want to earn it all in game and not have be a heavy grind to be force to use real cash.

Til marvel stops selling to people that will make players feel their beign pushed to spend real cash this will be a real problem. this is why they should have went with publisher like the people that made Xcom or invisible inc or someone that has worked for ether that's not working there any more cause most Dev's do contract work that knows how to make games like them but marvel always heads weird route.

I really hope they start to create their own in house video game publisher studio
