Avalanche was the same SO as the last mutant we got, Cannonball. That was like 20 months ago.

As far as Beetle goes, Spider-man still needs people to fight.

Yeah but Fox has owned mutants for more than 20 months. And they've been advertising X-23, Phoneix, Mystique, etc... on OTHER new marvel video games. And they've been using the content in game. I just don't see evidence they are forbidden to take advantage of characters they already have in the game.

He'll have Octopus, Green Goblin, etc... Besides, I'm fond of the Superior Foes of Spider-Man, be nice to have Beetle, Shocker, and Boomerang do a 3 hero heroic battle

The game is unstable at the moment even though it wasn't all this time. It keeps refreshing every time I try to play the last battle of the first 5 PVPs to get the 10th lock box.

I didn't know Shocker was even meant to be an anti-hero.

They better extend this PVP. So many people seem to have had problems with it and missing out entire days of not being able to play or get any lock boxes.

I wonder if I'll ever be able to play PVP again. I can't play it on any browser or on any device. Laptop, phone, tablet. Doesn't matter. It always says the game has updated and asks me to refresh my browser. Can't even get a single cover at this rate.

Maybe, but this is a short season and there are 3 tasks to complete. If you don't drop the tasks now, then when?

Got 5 lockboxes yesterday, then 5 in roulette, 1 cover
Got 5 lockboxes today, then 10 in roulette, 1 cover
5 lockboxes left over so will have 10 guaranteed tomorrow. Doing pretty well so far.

You're not the only one as there are many players complaining on PD's forums about not being able to play. I think we're going to get an extension, especially with the refresh errors and no LB tasks showing up.

The good news is they appear to have kicked PvP up to 22 days, so that's something.

PVP seems to be working for me now. And what is weird is that within just 4 battles now, I've already been promoted to gold league. How is that possible when I've fought so few? That can't be as compensation can it?

And then after one more battle won, I've been demoted to silver league.

And then one more battle won, and it's back to gold.

No sense to it all whatsoever.

Well at least after all the troubles I've had, I got 4 straight covers for Shocker after opening 40 boxes. So I'm halfway there.

Avengers Alliance 2 is available now in the App store. I would get it, but you need iOS 9 to use it, and I can't use iOS 9 on my iPhone 4.

I'm not starting on Avengers Alliance 2 at all. I'm sticking to AA1, especially since I've taken this long to get this far.

Also just got the Focused Plasma Launcher from the epic boss, so I only need 2 Deathlok components to complete the set.

Been running epic runs just about every other day for nearly the past 2 weeks and still don't have the epic weapon. I got enough components to build the gold weapon but after I got those, I've received only 6 more components. With Cammi going to LVL 15 soon, I may just start farming for components from the deploy you get to open M1.

It's still taking me long to get boxes each day, because I'm always at an odd number (either 4 or 9) as I missed out on a full complement the day that I couldn't play PVP. But my record for covers has been good so far this tournament.
