Again, I can see Vision back as white Vision given he is a robot.

Yeah, Vis coming back to us altered seems reasonable.

Comic accurate too the original Vision too.

It would be a way to find out who is just crushing on TH and who actually likes the randomness of a trickster god around...and it is in the canon. (They won't do it, though)

Oddly, she I didn't mind. So much better than Kid Loki.

For me it's not that the gender change would be much of a stretch now for two reasons -

1: the comics have done it

2: the current trend to alter genders on characters.

I think she's certainly the most likely, but, if they bring her back, they can certainly bring back the others.

I think she's in the actual soul stone and that who thanos is talking too at the end when she ask what did it cost and he says everything

maybe Thanos himself reverses what he did in A4 because of Gamora death haunting him

My guesses:

Gunn said last year that Gamora had a “significant role” in GotG3, so I’m 99.9% certain she’ll be back.

They seemed to be setting up Vision to play at least some of Warlock’s role from the comics, so I can easily see him being brought back, but then having to sacrifice himself to stop Thanos.

I am 100% certain Loki is not dead, but they may stick the character on a shelf for a while, possibly until Thor 4. So I don’t expect to see him again in A4.

It would suck if Heimdall is dead but I’m ok with it as long as it means Idris Elba is freed up to play the next Batman.

Her role may very well be significant...in regards to Peter dealing with her death

Loki I feel especially needs to be dead. They teased it too many times now. It would be old hat if he lives.

I wouldn't mind if Loki eventually comes back. But the neck snap needs to stick for a few Movies. And if he returns, then because a villain resurrects him for some grand plan.

I maintain that the plot of GotG3 will be the "rescue" of Gamora.

If she comes back, it should be dealt with in Avengers 4. Don't know why a whole Movie needs to be spent on her rescue, when you've got the MacGuffin that can control life and death right there in Avengers 4.

I think Loki doesn't really have any cinematic mileage left. And as far as I'm concerned, Gamora too should stay dead. You can have a GotG 3 without Gamora, actually I think that will be more interesting.

When Thanos says "no more resurrections", that's Marvel saying "this is his actual final death, we promise". So Loki for sure isn't coming back, Gamora could come back but I feel the same rule applies to her. As people here must've pointed out, probably only the characters that were erased by the Infinity Gauntlet will be brought back

In Ragnarok, Loki in the form of Odin made a play of it and everything so I guess the news traveled fast and Thanos probably has spies who relay him information and stuff

It's not hard to imagine how such an influential guy might've learned of Loki's supposed death and when he was revealed to be alive

I really enjoyed the movie, but Marvel needs to tone down all the jokes and interruptions during their battles. These characters are fighting for the fate of the universe and I want to feel that desperation and sense of urgency, not laugh.

CA:WS did a great job of not overdoing it in the joke department. I don't even remember any jokes during any of the battles (correct me if I'm wrong). I also remember watching X-Men: DOFP and really feeling like time was running out for everyone. I wanted to feel that here, but unfortunately I didn't until the end where they start disintegrating.

I'm sure James Gunn has his own views but I think bringing back Gamora would cheapen the "real deaths" we saw in the film.

Everyone knows Spider-Man and BP and the other Guardians will be back but Gamora and Loki should stay dead to keep an aspect that the movie did have some real lasting consequences.

it doesn't ruin for me, but it nearly did.
i had the same problem about dr. strange's solo movie as well.

i liked a good amount of the humor - like how spiderman and starlord would make pop culture references.

but they can probably cut out 50% of the quips and jokes and the movie would work better, at least for me.

the fate of the universe is at stake here, yes, stop making jokes in the middle of all this.

Glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. I was actually working on my own fanedit of Civil War where I cut a good amount of the quips during the airport fight and it made it much more enjoyable for me. I never finished it, though.

I'll probably end up doing something similar when Infinity War is released to see how it flows.
