I thought I was doing good until I stopped playing for a little and looked at my stats... There is no less than 1 asston of things to do just with the Riddler stuff.

whyy dont you try the composite cables that came with your system
I have no idea where they went. Either way, I got it to work this morning and I played it for five hours straight. Amazing. Although navigating Arkham is confusing as hell sometimes.

It's going to take a looong time to solve all those riddles and get those trophies.

If anyone can help me real quick guys.
Where is Dr. Young located? Not when you have to save her and the other 2 doctors, but when you're looking for just her after going through Arkham mansion?

Let me just say that l nearly s***ed myself when I had to get the anti-titan from Croc's lair.

Go to where you saved the two people. Put on your detective mode, and close to the 2 people there is a book highlighted that will ask you to search it. It will reval the formula which Batman will burn.

Hope that helped.

Thanks Hurm.

Maybe I'm just blind but is there anyway to restart the game with all of the gear you earned, or is it basically a start from scratch kind of thing.

Whoever gets up to the part where they put bombs on the gargoyles, hears a tip, the bat claw is your friend. I took out everyone with it.

That was the first area I had real trouble with. I ended up doing it the hard way (isolating one-by-one and picking them off). I never realized how much I relied on those gargoyles until that area.

There's no 'New Game+' feature.

:csad:

Drat. Guess I'll have to do hard legitimately then.

Anyway - this is like the first game I ever finished in a single sitting (one whole day) and that's not a mark against the game's length (which is average). I was so engrossed that about halfway when the Jack White e-mail revelation came up I pretty much said to myself, I need to finish this story now, not tomorrow.

Completed it in basically one sitting -- haven't done that in awhile (not a gamer). It was awesome. I really liked it, and yes, everyone is right about the Scarecrow parts. I also found the Killer Croc stuff to be intense.
This game makes you feel like Batman. The only let down for me was the ending. They built it up so well, and I really didn't feel like it was true to the drama in the rest of the game.

I love this game. The CE is sweet imo, but I can see how the price can turn some people off. Just not this bat nut lol. The physical transformation of Bats through the game is a fav of mine. Got to say Scarecrow is a true highlight.

I don't have the game, but...it seems pretty obvious from the details you've given that you're supposed to make the chandelier fall down on said glass. Throw a batarang at it. :o

I have but nothing happened

Funnily enough, I just played through that part last night. What I did was barge into the room, knock the thugs out (after which The Joker mentions something about hostages) and then started sniffing around the various levels in the library until I reached the top one and found the glowing chandelier. I immediately knew what had to be done. So I restarted from the checkpoint and went straight up without battling the thugs. The Joker gets agitated at yuo for avoiding the fistfight with the thugs and says something about "cheating and going straight for the last page in the book" and activates the two minute timer on the hostages tied to a big gift-wrapped bomb. I throw a batarang at the top of the chandelier to cut it and it crashes down the glass floor taking out the thugs in the process. I then simply glide down, disarm the "bomb" and free the hostages.

so here's a story that may amuse some of you. I wind up having to stay late at work last night. I eventually leave, get to Best Buy about 7ish and pick up my copy. On the way home, my girlfriend calls and she says she wants to see me since it will be the last chance for about a week since I have family coming into town for the next 5 or 6 days amd we're sort of newly together and not at the "meet my family" stage yet.

As I sheepishly stare at that B:AA game sitting on the passenger seat, I hesitantly agree to see her. I get home, get changed, girlfriend shows up, B:AA sits lonely on the end table. We go out, come home late, I crash out. Still havent cracked the seal on B:AA.

I wake up this morning, say "hello" to B:AA, get ready for work and think to myself well I'll just play it when I get home today. On my way driving to work this morning, it then hits me, I have to entertain family from out of town for the next 5 days (hence the reason the gf wanted to see me last night) so I STILL WONT GET TO PLAY B:AA

So yeah, I bought B:AA, but it will sit lonely and unopened until Monday. :(

I love this game and I'm officially addicted. Like Shadow Complex I can zone out completely into this game. Last night in the mansion I dropped down in the middle of, I think, 10 guys (like in Batman Begins) and waited for them to notice me and started whooping all of them. It was great.

Do you like intentionally torturing yourself?
