Then if Leo is practically the same height as Gyllenhaal then I could definitely see DiCaprio as Bruce Wayne/Batman provided he bulk up more for the role then he would be perfect as Ben's replacement

Any third Batman with Keaton would be fantastic news, but yes Batman Beyond would be great

If Ben is for sure leaving then who knows who his replacement will be but if Ben decides to stay then I won't have a problem with that either but honestly I think Ben is gone and if he is...good riddance

I like Affleck's version of Batman but I'm really sick and tired of this limbo we're stuck in; I want him to stay, but if he's going then go and let us all move forward.

Yes I too want him to stay but if he is gone I am fine either way but DC I guess they are waiting for the perfect time especially to lay out all the news considering Marvel and the hype they are having the press they are getting for IW...they want the Batman news to deliver

Do you think Batman Beyond would sell as a live-action film though? I mean the Beyond villans kinda suck, and villans are usually a strength for the Batman series. Plus people are so accustomed to Bruce Wayne as Batman.

Yeah, I take your point on that. I generally don't like stories with anyone other than Bruce Wayne as Batman. Bruce as Batman is one of the reasons I prefer The Dark Knight Returns over Batman Beyond (although I do like BB very much). But Bruce would be there so I think they might accept it so long as he's featured prominently.

Well, at least they can’t cast Ben Mendelsohn as Derek Powers since he was already in DKR. At least, I don’t think they would.

Timothée Chalamet would be a good Terry McGinnis.

I've wanted a Beyond movie for a while. Something that's a fairly radical departure from any other Batman movie. As much as I love Bruce Wayne I would be ready to see another person in the cowl. I think eventually it's going to have to happen.

It's just so appealing. It would give us something totally fresh and new. Blade Runner + Batman? Who isn't down for that?

You could do a whole trilogy.
Part I: The origin, with Blight as the main villain
Part II: Return of the Joker
Part III: Epilogue
