It's confusing since Mattel is applying the "Multiverse" name to almost all of their products these days, but I *think* prison Lex is part of a future mixed/general assortment of characters from the comics, TV shows and movies.

I don't think prison Lex is part of the DoJ series with the "Collect and Connect" grappling gun. But, I could be very wrong. A bald Lex in prison suit is potentially a spoiler for the movie, which could explain why he's currently represented by a silhouette on the back of the packaging. Or Doomsday could have been intended to be a surprise reveal, instead of showing up in the trailers. Or it could be The Flash, Cyborg or some other Justice Leaguer.
