It's from the book Superman: Earth One Vol. 2 but he appeared at the end of the comic though.

I actually hope that Jesse keeps the hair for the majority of the film. If he loses it, it should be because of the effects of the finale of the movie. His motivation to be a thorn is Superman's side should not JUST be about the hair, but it certainly should be one more iron to throw into the "I hate Superman" fire.

If this is the first meeting of Superman and Lex then I say let Lex keep his hair for most of the film. He can lose it because of something Supes HAS to do that in some way Luthor caused. Poetic justice, karma... What have you. Lex's arrogance bites him on the ass.
