Well, most fans. Personally, just tell the next story. I don't need fifteen solo franchises to have a cinematic universe.

"The fans have plans, the blogs have plans, Snyders got plans. You know, theyre batfans. Batfans trying to control their worlds. Im not a batfan. I try to show the batfans how, pathetic, their attempts to control things really are." - WB

This is great news for superman fans, cause Cavil is much better looking, better acting, and more appealing then Ben affleck.
t:I agree with that. Too many Marvel movies feel like dead branches on a bigger tree, to me. It leads to a sense of Superhero saturation that probably isn't good for the general audience's tolerance of these types of movies.Well, most fans. Personally, just tell the next story. It's funny to see all these complaints on Ben... It's like when Ledgerwas casted as Joker and everyone was doubting it. We all know how that turn out... I will wait to see a trailer/movie before making my judgement. He is an Oscar winner actor... relax and let the rest of the movie unfold.
You read for a part, you feel good about it, you feel confident, then they cast Ben Affleck.
I don't think Cavill is a better actor.

I find it pretty damn stupid how this stuff keeps happening.
People need to have an open mind.
BeAff's casting is eating up threads at a record setting pace!
yes but how will this translate into ticket sales.

Lots will change their tune when the first trailer hits. Always happens.

I commend WB for taking it film by film, rather than committing to some dubious objective of getting as many costumed heroes into one movie as possible.
When the first pic drops
Two weeks ago this movie would have annoyed the heck out of me but in the last couple of weeks I've seen Affleck's directed movies and I see him in a whole new light, in fact I would now class myself as an Affleck fan.
But I'm cautious because (imho) I've just to see Affleck give a good performance in a movie that he didn't write or direct.
