You know when they first revealed them to the public and called them "armed and dangerous" I was thinking, wait how do they know they're armed and dangerous? Now I can take the authorities word for it with what they say about their suspects after hearing the gunfights that went down with them.

Oh they definitely are. They apparently tossed a pressure cooker bomb at police and quite frankly, this is just too crazy to be unrelated.

Anytime cops release info about violent criminals, they tell the public they could be armed and dangerous.

They let that guy go...He is innocent they stopped him because he had a school bag, made him get naked and then sent him home once they cleared him

Several of my relatives have had police scanners for decades. Pretty common.

You can buy them on the cheap at Radio Shack or any other electronics store and tap into police bands big or small across the US. Just plug them in and maybe punch in a few codes to program them.
