Having Frank refer to Marvel's superheroes as "capes" - really, kind of silly.

Superheroes have been referred to as "capes", "costumes", "metas" and all kinds of other terms for a while now. NYC even has what they refer to as the "Costume Division". Frank doing it is no different.

There's at least a significant share of X-Men who are men, but basically no Marvel superheroes wear capes. I mean there's like Thor and the Sentry, that's mostly it.

As an in-universe term, it just doesn't make a lot of sense.
