My VERY honest opinion is - it's a 6/10. Could be far better art wise, and it's average in terms of writing. But there are a couple of interesting plot moments.

It's all set up, so take it for what it is. We'll discuss it after you read it.

Yeah, that was what I got from it. I didn't like this issue, though; #1 was better.

I agree that #1 was better. I was kinda hoping it'd be one long story as opposed to a few short ones.

Ok, so I read the Flash and I got to say this, its beyond average. It was pretty much all set-up but the things its setting up dont make sense. Ok the Speed force is gone, but it really isnt and Bart is the only one that can tap it, are you kidding me. Griff is a ****ing annoying character, theyre setting up that Valerie chick to be his love interest. Its always great to see Jay. And c'mon, youre telling me Bart has never watched porn? Please. All in all, it wasnt reallt horrible but nowhere near great im gonna have to give it a 4/10, and no thats not because im not choosing a side.

I feel that. Like I said, I'll give it a few issues to grab me.
