I'm curious how will summer movies do.

Transformers, Indiana Jones, Blue Beetle, Flash, Barbie, Fast X, The Little Mermaid, Mission Impossible.

Its either they are gonna do really well or underperform. I feel like Guardians is the only one guaranteed to do more than okay.

I can see Guardians, Indiana Jones, Barbie, Flash and Mission: Impossible all overperforming.

Lightyear underperformed last year. So I'm not sure if there's enough for nostalgia for Indiana Jones and Barbie. Mission Impossible is now in its 7th film. While Fast's domestic numbers are decreasing with every new film. Flash is a DC film.

Lightyear is a spin off of Toy Story and all those films did well in the past.

Also Lightyear is much closer in comparison than Top Gun: Maverick to Barbie, as Lightyear is more of a family-oriented film than Top Gun: Maverick.
