It's crazy what the difference a year makes? Last year's mid-season finale had 2.8 million viewers this past episode had 6.6 million viewers and the finale is being pegged at around 7 million.

It's like BB's audience more than doubled this past year alone?

Yeah I keep looking at that table from wikipedia and I'm still speechless.

Something tells me there will be a lot of "grey matter" left on the floor when Walt's through.

Why does Walt's son hate him so much, did he love Uncle Hank more?

What was the Disappearer doing to Walt with the injection thing? That was for his cancer, right? What exactly is the purpose of that?

Also, when they're playing cards and he says "One king. Two kings." What does that mean? I don't know much about card rules. Also, any symbolism behind this?

That was chemo though yeah, if you're on the run why bother, right?

No, it means that his father made a phone call admitting to being a drug kingpin, abusing and terrorizing Skyler to keep her in line and killing Hank. Why wouldn't he hate him?

If Hank did the same, abused Marie to keep her in line and killed Walt, he'd have the same reaction to Hank.

His dad has been revealed to be a lying, manipulative, murderous SOB, who has framed it like he killed Hank and kept Skyler in a personal hell for the past couple of years. Given that he held this guy up as a hero, going so far as continually siding with him over his mother and starting a website to collect donations for his cancer treatment, the turn of events has naturally made him a bit angsty, especially considering he's 17/18.

He didn't love Hank more, but Walt has done some shady **** and even embellished it. Their lives have been turned upside down (the house RICO'd, Skyler scraping for work and being threatened with jail). He's right to be pissed.

edit: Hell, it even seemed like Jr. was halfway willing to hear Walt out until the latter thought he could assuage the situation by sending some cash. Money wasn't the issue. The overwhelming betrayal of trust was.

That scene where Walt begs the guy to stay and even offers him $10,000 is one of the most pitiful things I've seen in awhile. Really got to me in a weird way because I have an estranged relative that looks a lot like Walter.

This episode was so cathartic to see Waltet sunk so low and miserable. It was a good feeling.

And then Andrea. That hit me so much harder than Hank. She was a total innocent in this whole drama, and one of the remaining decent people of the show, because, let's face it, Jesse is sympathetic but not a good person.

Ah I see. Yeah I guess so lol. Wow, Walt was so helpless there and then wanting the guy to spend more time with him. The loneliness :(

I thought that was obvious?

I had that pegged since Season 1.

However, the recent and very abrupt revelations about his dad changed how he sees Walt even moreso.

Before Walt got cancer though, Jr. was always a bit cold and uncaring.

Even dropping Walt's name in favor of "Flynn".

Flynn started after Walt's diagnosis. I think it was when he said he didn't want to go through treatment.

I knew as soon as I heard this song on iTunes that it would only be a matter of time before someone did a fan video.
