How would having the swimmers dress in a costume that likely won't be in the movie be good advertising for it?

The swimmers usually come out wearing something like this before going into the pool. They used to even be able to wear these properly but it got banned for being too fast. They can wear a Captain Marvel shark suit, and then have a variation of it underneath for the racing suit they are allowed to wear.

And for open water swimming, they still wear these, so they can go full Captain Marvel there.

Having seen weights like those before and how many plates are on it, I'd say it's between 25-40 pounds.

I know I said this in another thread, but I really, REALLY love that they gave her fingerless gloves. It's always a minor peeve of mine in the comics that she somehow projects these massively destructive blasts through her gloves, lol.

I do wonder if the suit will have some special properties that allows her (and possibly her Starforce) to have some further enhancements to their powers.

I like the suit a lot, it's just a tad overly busy imo...
Drop a couple lines, maybe those little red accents on the legs, and the hip pad things, then add a sash
but otherwise I do like it

Not a big fan of the outfit, looks very busy & over designed. Very similar to Ant-Man/Wasps general outfit as well with a leather/plastic/rubber elements which I'm not a big fan off for this character.

I was hoping that they'd go for something far cleaner & non-leather like Captain America's outfit from the initial Avengers movie -

Her with the suit is a near perfect look in my eyes.
Otherwise she looks cool and also she is a very beautiful woman.
