I really wish they'd figure out a way to include Storm in Apocalypse, is there any chance a young Storm will be in the next movie?

It would be criminally inept not to include a young Storm, especially in a story with an Egyptian setting that examines the concept of mutants worshipped as gods (and goddesses). I'm praying she is in there somewhere.

It's a bit cliche by this point I'm sure, but Lupita Nyongo could do a really good young storm.
Plus I'd like someone with a darker complexion in the role, always pictured Storm as a true ebony beauty

wow, that's a lot of really s*****y movies (outside of the x-films)
If you're going for serious roles, go with Monsters Ball, or for somethin' just fun, I'd say The Last Boyscout

The call, cloud atlas and gothika (to some extent) were really good films in my opinion. Obviously I like her in the x-films so just in that list alone there are only 2 I would say werent great.

The Flintstones for me was just a fun little thing nothing big. I actually ENJOYED Catwoman when I watched it for the first time, or the second part of the movie anyway. Gothika wasn't such a good movie (or a bit predictable anyway), but I like her acting. I think she did really well in both Cloud Atlas and the Call and enjoyed both of those as well. And I am just going to ignore Movie 43.

At the moment of Storm's death, I wonder if we'll see weather phenomena in reaction to her pain? Like a brilliant, erratic flash of lightning. Or perhaps all the snow, wind, etc., suddenly stops as her life ends. Hmmm...

I would want the weather to go f-ing crazy in response to her pain/death.

It looks like she is standing on a wall, channelling lightning down to her body and then up into a Sentinel-carrier jet thingy.

I think its the scene where she goes trinity in the trailer and will float into the air before chanelling the lightning

I will be really disappointed if the highest she "floats" is like 4 or 5 feet off the ground. That's how it's looking.

If all Storm has is a 'fleeting moment' in this film as the critics are saying, her ass better be up in that sky like the sun.

I just enlarged the shot. She's definitely floating (not standing on the wall, but hovering BEHIND it). Her legs are crossing mid-air. I was hoping she'd actually take to the skies though.

Storm seems powerful though, so I'm happy.
We see some of at the beginning and then climax battle?

I really hope that XMA does Storm justice. I don't trust Singer with female characters and major reason why I don't want him to direct it. We need new blood. As long as these movies mishandle her character (females in general too really), I will not be able to enjoy or love them that much. This is why I loved FC the best. The major mutants X, Erik, Hank, Raven were all handled well and it continues it seems in dofp and there is no mishandled Storm/Cyclop/Jean/Rogue in the movie. It was hard to get best that and enjoy X1 and X2 because of this.

She'll levitate but won't fly around unfortunately which was a bummer BUT she did do some cool stuff though. I guess it had more to do with Halle being pregnant more than anything else.

Also I don't remember that scene being in the film. There's so much awesomeness happening at the same time. Sometimes I couldn't see **** coz of the 3D ugh.
