I just read a review stating that Anna Paquin didn't have one line of dialogue.

To those who have seen the film, does Storm actually speak? LOL I know it sounds like a dummy question but she's been completely silent in every trailer and piece of footage released to date...so I think it's a fair question.

That scene is probably in the film, maybe I just didn't notice it. Yeah Storm speaks.

And actually I never expected her to fly around all X3-style. I'm just worried that Bryan would revert back to his "realism" approach he had with her in X1 and just have her floating 2 feet off the floor (i.e. coming out of the elevator shaft in the Statue Of Liberty). That's not "flying".

How much screen time does Storm have? 10 minutes? Less?

I just enlarged the shot. She's definitely floating (not standing on the wall, but hovering BEHIND it). Her legs are crossing mid-air. I was hoping she'd actually take to the skies though.

Well we saw her on that crane in the pic,so I'm wondering if they used the footage from that scene that filmed. They could have used a stunt double.

I think[BLACKOUT] what happens is she is behind that wall, hears Sentinels coming and then conjures up winds to rise up above the wall. It seems they are using this temple as a fortress of protection so she'd be stupid to come up in the sky too high/far since she is not impervious to gunfire, etc., that the Sentinels may fire at her body. Therefore, she uses the wall/parapet as a shield and starts taking out targets that way. [/BLACKOUT]

Yeah that's true I didn't expect a big flying scene like iron man or anything just more than her levitating, it seems as if Magneto goes higher than her from the trailers, and tv spots.

I think the scene is the same. And Storm and Erik [blackout]are both rising to the skies--and working together to create cataclysms involving the elements. If done right, that s*** could look like it's straight out of a comic book video combo game! LOL [/blackout]

That's disappointing to me too, it seems like the sentinels fly more than the mutants lol

I'm not expecting Storm to talk a lot, I expect to see her as a silent assassin in this movie.

I would suggest not watching it.

With how these power pieces are playing out they are spoiling EVERYTHING for the future segments + quicksilver. Theres not much left to see to be honest..

For now we know that Storm have short screen time,but i hope see a HUGE sentinel assassination by the hands ofthe weather witch Hope i dont desapoint... :S
