The Dark Knight Caine: "Heath frightened the life out of me"

Lol! So do the Germans for... a certain period of their history.

so clownie, you still plan on dubbing your dent scarring comic?

as of right now everything is postponed I finally got an xbox and i want to find a damn ethernet cord that reaches thus far, it is maddening

never been a fan of "teh" halo. i don't hate it or anything. i'm just not a huge fan of FPSs.

I typically am not, but halo is fun oh well to each his or her own

indeed. i mean, it's cool. i'm just no good at it. if i wanna play a fps i'll whip out the 64. everyone loves some goldeneye action

By the way, regarding the Oscar, I don't think we can give them TOO much credit when they ignored E.T for being a science fiction.

They only gave in to ROTK due to a huge amount of pressure...

well, seeing as how Batman Begins set the bar for comic book related movies being interpreted in a serious light, it would be insane to think that The Dark Knight will not take this to the next level, and any performance, if powerful enough to leave a lasting impression upon viewers, should be taken into consideration for an Oscar and other "lesser" awards.

If Ledger's performance is anywhere near as intense as others are stating (and I am hoping), i'm guessing we'll see a nomination, at the very least.. if not a deserved win.

I really hope so,even if he doesnt even get a nomination-as long as his performance is "oscar worthy" thats all that matters

Heath should have won for Brokeback Mountain. He did mostly mumble through his performance and they hailed that as a fine, cinematic masterpiece of epic dealing. What does he really have to do get a nomination?

I didn't see him for rehearsal and when he came out of the lift he was so incredible I forgot my lines. He frightened the life out of me.
I saw this when i read that...
