can a woman rape a man?

I'm gonna go touch myself and fantasize about how awesome I am.
Later chumps.

What if an under age girl rapes an older man? would he be done because she is illegal or would it slide because it was not consented? please i've had this debate with my buddy's and still dont know.

this is disturbing in every way. Depends on the circumstance of course. If the kids were raped at gunpoint, definitely it's more likely a serious crime. If the teacher's just your regular female teacher, not really physically threatening and these young athletic 16 yearolds claim they were forced to have sex, I'd be a little skeptical about that.

Any non consenual sex is rape, so yes a woman can rape a man.

Watch Rescue Me. A woman can very cleverly rape a man. And "getting it up" is just as physical as it is mental.

No, a woman can NOT rape a man as a man cannot be forced to have an erection.

yes he kinda can. sexual stimuli in the brain can make a man have an erection, most guys will be able to think of at least one time, when theyve definately wanted to lose a ***** but it wont go away.

I was always confused on this too. I always thought of "female on male rape" more as molestation, because I thought rape meant "forced penetration."
It does, at least in English law. Only a man can commit rape. A woman cannot.

The Sexual Offences Act 2003:

1 Rape
(1) A person (A) commits an offence if-
  • (a) he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis,
  • (b) B does not consent to the penetration, and
  • (c) A does not reasonably believe that B consents.
(2) Whether a belief is reasonable is to be determined having regard to all the circumstances, including any steps A has taken to ascertain whether B consents.
(3) Sections 75 and 76 apply to an offence under this section.
(4) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable, on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for life.

A woman can be convicted of other offences of course, including assault by penetration:

2 Assault by penetration
(1) A person (A) commits an offence if-
  • (a) he intentionally penetrates the vagina or anus of another person (B) with a part of his body or anything else,
  • (b) the penetration is sexual,
  • (c) B does not consent to the penetration, and
  • (d) A does not reasonably believe that B consents.

There are obvious reasons for rape only being punishable in males. It can be committed with aggression, and the woman may run the risk of becoming pregnant.

The reason some of these younger children talk of being 'raped' is because if they're underage, they can't consent to a sexual act. Of course, under English law it still wouldn't be classified rape, but would be caught under another sexual offence.

Firstly, you're right on the first point. A woman cannot commit rape.

As for the erection. Think of it in terms of being drugged. If a woman drugs a man and then has sex with him, it is just as bad as a man date-raping a woman.

Yes - the next bit is not for the faint of heart... under 15 please ask adult before reading:
First you have to find a way to make him lose consciousness... drugs/alcohol/bash his head. Then you have to strap him to a bed or other flat surface (sacrificial altars work well too). Then when he regains consciousness (this process can be speeded up by throwing water in his face), you have to play with his unit until it rises to the occassion. If necessary there are drugs like Viagra out there to make it easier. You can keep doing this as long as you can keep him alive

no really.... firts off, younger males, get erections for no reason, all the time, even during the most unoppurtune times... secondly, it doesn't take much for a male to become errect, slight stimulation will cause it to happen eventually, thirdly, drugs/alcohol, get the kid drunk and unable to comprehend whats going on, and sex would easily obtained, fourth, these women are clearly messed up, who's not to say that they are having sex "traditionaly", they could easly drug a male and commit acts onto, or should I say, into them......

so your telling me if some woman straps a didlo on, and rails some kids ass..... that's not rape?

er....of course a woman could rape a man.

whether it goes down as rape lawfully or some 'aggravated sexual assault' of some form or another is beyond me.

strap on is probably the most affective or anal penetration with fingers etc...

beware men, be WARE!!!!!!!!!!

what if a woman grabbed a gun, put it to the mans head and made him have sex... isn't that rape?

Nope.

It would be assault by penetration. Rape is reserved for the penis.

ETA: It's worth noting though, if I remember correctly, the maximum imprisonment for assault by penetration is the same as rape. It comes with a slightly lesser social stigma.

See a film called "Thursday" starring Thomas Jane for a great example of exactly how this can be accomplished.

And, yes, as has been mentioned several times, a woman with a strap-on and the determination can rape a man. Even if certain countries or states don't formally classify it as such from a legal standpoint, the resulting violation and potential psychological damage is just as strong.

so if I drug a chick...... and finger her, fist her... go after her with a *****, suck and lick all over her... that's not rape????

gaurentee that I would be charged with rape.....

Not according to the legislation. It's almost a year since I studied rape law, but I'm pretty sure rape can't be committed using a *****. It's reserved for the penis because of the prospect of getting STDs and becoming pregnant.

In English law you wouldn't be charged with rape. You'd be charged with a whole range of other sexual offences, and probably get just as harsh a sentence, but you wouldn't be a 'rapist', just a 'sexual offender'.
